My Forever And Always

>Ch.14 Dance<

  Tonight was the night. Prom night. Taurissa stared at her reflection, wondering how she managed to pull this off. She currently standing in a dark blue dress with a high-low skirt. The dress was sleeveless so she put on a black jacket to cover up that fact. She also wore black boots, because she was not wearing heels. She had put her hair up in a high ponytail and had put on some makeup, as in eyeliner and a bit of lip gloss, just so Samantha would be happy. And she had managed to do it all by herself, she was a little proud of that fact.

  Taurissa smiled a little and went down stairs. She sat down on one of the couches. She glanced down at the box containing the corsage she had gotten for Samantha, quickly wondering if it wasn't good enough and she needed to get another one. But that thought was interrupted when she heard footsteps coming down the stairs.

  Her jaw dropped as she gazed at Samantha. Samantha's dress was a red sleeveless dress with a skirt that went to her mid thigh. She wore red high heels and her hair was curled and pulled into a half ponytail. She also wore her usual makeup. Samantha smiled as she saw Taurissa's reaction.

"What? You like what you see?" Samantha wiggled her eyebrows.

"Wow. You look really good," Taurissa said in awe.

  Samantha laughed a little at her. Taurissa glanced down and remembered the container she was holding, "Oh, umm... I got you something."

  Taurissa pulled out a corsage that had three red rose on it, surrounded by small white flowers.

  Samantha gasped as Taurissa put it on her arm, "Aww, this is so sweet. Thank you!"

  Samantha pulled Taurissa into a hug. Taurissa laughed a little before hugging her back. Taurissa pulled away, "Now come on. We have a prom to go to."

  Yuko grinned as he saw Samantha and Taurissa walk into the gym. Prom had only just started, but now that they were here, his plans could finally begin.

  Samantha laughed as Taurissa pulled her onto the dance floor. Taurissa wrapped her arms around Samantha's waist and Samantha wrapped her arms around Taurissa's neck as the two danced to a slow song.

"You having fun?" Taurissa asked.

"Yes, I always have fun with you," Samantha smiled.

"Good, because nothing can ruin this night for me, as long as I have you," Taurissa leaned her forehead against Samantha's.

  Samantha laughed, "Stop being so cute."

  Taurissa smiled as she pulled Samantha closer, closing the gap between them. The kiss was simple and sweet, not too much, not too little, but just right. As they pulled away, Taurissa caught site of a flash of pink from the corner of her eye, and that was enough to tell her that this night was far from over.
