Chapter Twelve- Date Night.

Harry was  home and everything was going well, Liam was back to school doing fairly well, Louis and Harry only had little arguments over foolish things like who changed the channel or something like that, Louis was in the kitchen making dinner for everyone; Liam came in jumping up and down with a wide smile.   "Daddy! Guess what I'm in!" Liam squealed running into the kitchen. "What baby?" Louis asked, slicing up the baby carrots into a small bowl.

"I'm going to be in a play!" Liam exclaimed setting his satchel down. "You are! That's lovely baby! We're going to have to tell Papa over dinner right?" Louis smiled patting Liam's head. Harry was back at work, he went back to work a few days ago, the X-Factor ended and some girl won, Harry thought he would get a call from some record company, but he didn't and he was perfectly fine with that, but deep down inside he wasn't. He wanted to start a music career he didn't want to work in a bakery all his life, but at least he could spend more time with his boys and Louis.

Louis was taking the boys down to the Bakery to see Harry for a little bit, it was just around the block so he didn't mind walking down there every once in a while.

Harry was in the back stacking boxes up on a high shelf glancing at the clock every so often.

"Fuck!" Harry cursed when he dropped a box on his foot. Harry shook it off and continued, he just really missed Louis and the boys.

Louis walked into the Bakery with Zayn on his hip and Liam and Niall clinging to his sides. "Well hello Perrie," Louis smiled, pressing a kiss to her temple. Perrie was a friend of Harry's. They have been friends forever. She was "Auntie Perrie" to the boys, Louis has known her for quite sometime too. "Where's my husband?" Louis asked handing Zayn off to Perrie. "In the back stacking boxes up, he's making quite some ruckus in there." Perrie laughed bouncing Zayn in her arms. "Thanks, watch them for me yeah?" Louis said before walking into the back seeing Harry work his arse off. "Boo!" Louis shouted making Harry gasp and drop the box he was holding. "Louis!" Harry shrieked. "Well hello to you too," Louis laughed wrapping Harry in his embrace. "I miss you so fucking much." Harry whispered into Louis' ear.

"I miss you too, I was thinking, maybe we could do a date night? Like just me and you?" Louis suggested playing with Harry's curls. "I suppose we could, but who would watch the boys? My Mum is on a Holiday and your Mum lives an hour away." Harry sighed. "We could get Perrie?" Louis tilted his head to the side. "We could get Perrie, but she's going on a date tonight with some big fancy investor." Harry chuckled. Louis sighed in annoyance, "What about Gemma?"

"That's a great idea," Harry smiled pulling out his phone, dialing Gemma's number. "Hey Gem, could you watch the boys tonight?" Harry asked, waiting for a response. "Sure, I suppose I could. It's not like I have any plans or anything." Gemma laughed. "Well do you have any plans?" Harry asked wanting to get off the line soon as possible. "Sure, bring them over by six and make sure they are fed, also, make sure Zayn gets his cuddle before you leave because the last time he threw a tantrum when you didn't cuddle him before you left." Gemma said in annoyance. "Sure Gem, we'll cuddle him before we leave," Harry chuckled, hanging up and slipping his phone back into his pocket.

"Can she watch them?" Louis asks with hope in his eyes. "She said yes, but Zayn has to get his cuddles before we leave." Harry said hugging Louis to him. "Yay! Date night, I'll finish dinner then get a shower, get ready, get the boys ready then you'll come home and get ready then we'll leave and it'll be so amazing a couple hours without the boys it'll be just us" Louis rambled. Harry laughed, "Alright well you should get home so I can finish this up and so you can get ready."

Louis nodded and kissed Harry before rushing out, seeing Perrie with all three boys cuddled into her. "Oh hi Lou! Your children wanted me to tell them a small tale," Perrie smirked handing Zayn to him. "What did you tell them Perrie?" Louis growled, at the blond before him. "She told us about the first time you and Papa kissed! Auntie Perrie said, eww and no one should ever do that or you'll get into trouble." Liam shook his head taking Louis hand. "Thank you Perrie. Now I have to explain to my boys what a kiss is." Louis grumbled. "Just helping you out mate." Perrie laughed. Louis shook his head before walking out with the three boys constantly asking him questions about kissing. Louis was gonna kill that girl.

Harry walked in smelling chicken and the sweet scent of Louis' cologne. "Harry!" Louis shouted running into the living room seeing Harry standing there with a dozen roses in his hand. "For me?" Louis asked, his blue eyes sparkling. "No." Harry snorted, "Their for Gemma," Harry joked and Louis pouted snatching the roses up. "I love them thank you." Louis smiled throwing his arms around Harry's neck.

They both walked into the kitchen seeing Zayn in his high-chair, patiently waiting for his food. "Waiting patiently yeah?" Harry asked kissing Zayn's head. Zayn giggled as Harry sat down gulping down his food as soon as he got it.

"Liam has something to tell you right Li?" Louis smiled, looking at Liam. "Yeah, Papa guess what?" Liam asked, his eyes lighting up. "What babe?" Harry questions feeding Zayn a piece of his chicken.

"I'm in a play!" Liam squealed, "You are? What part hmm?" Harry asks, with a huge smile. You could see it in his eyes, he was so proud of Liam. "Got the lead!" Liam exclaimed. "That's great sweetheart, can't wait to come and watch it." Harry coos. "When is it?" Niall speaks up. "I dunno," Liam shrugs. "Well, ask your tweacher," Niall says with a 'duh' face. "I will! On Monday silly." Liam smiles. "Otay." Niall shrugs as Louis feeds him a piece of his carrots. "Ew, don't like that." Niall grimaces spitting the carrot out on a napkin. "Niall, your father worked hard on this meal now eat it." Harry sternly says, glaring at his middle son. "Don't like it! Won't eat it! Won't!" Niall screams kicking his legs and starts to cry.

Great. Another one of Niall's tantrums. Niall rarely ever had tantrums, but when he did it was because he was tired or he wanted to stay home. "He didn't have his nap today. It's alright Harry I'll handle it." Louis reassured picking the blond up and walking upstairs. "Now what was that about hmm?" Louis asked sitting on Niall's bed, holding Niall close to his chest. "Tired," Niall cried cuddling into Louis' closer. "I know babe, you can sleep at Auntie Gemma's yeah?" Louis cooed kissing Niall's temple. "Yeah I guess," Niall yawned. "Okay, now go get your shoes on and we'll head out." Louis smiled setting Niall down watching him walk down the stairs carefully.

Louis quickly got dressed and ran downstairs seeing Harry already dressed? "How did you get ready already?" Louis asked slightly confused. "I had clothes on the sofa so I just got dressed and got the kids ready," Harry shrugged. "Alright, well let's head out." Louis breathed walking outside with the four following..

"Harry! Lou! Boys!" Gemma squealed pulling us into a huge cuddle. "Hi Gem," Harry greeted walking in setting Zayn down. "Give them their cuddles." Gemma said. Harry and Louis nodded and cuddled the boys for two minutes. "Okay, now here's a bag of toys they'll play with, we haven't potty trained Zayn yet so here is his nappies, and sippy cups are in there Niall's a bit tired so if he wants to lay down let him and Liam likes to watch Power Rangers around seven thirty, we should be back around nine make sure Zayn is in bed by seven, Niall has to be in bed by eight, and Liam eight thirty. If they don't listen threaten to take the Telly or some of their toys away." Louis rambled. "I got it Lou, go have fun!" Gemma pushed them out the door. "Okay! Bye boys! Papa and Daddy loves you! Be good!" Louis shouted before Harry dragged him along into the car.

"I love you so fucking much Haz," Louis smiled as they walked along the beach. "I love you too Lou," Harry smiled kissing his lips. "Don't ever leave me again." Louis pleaded, with big eyes. "I won't sweetness." Harry cooed kissing his temple.

"Are they asleep?" Louis asks and Gemma nodded, "How were they?" Harry asks. "They were actually really good, we played some games Liam fell asleep at eight thirty, Zayn cried for Niall for a bit but other than that I had a really fun time," Gemma smiled. "Well we're gonna take them home, bye, bye Gem." Harry waved picking up Niall and Liam letting them snore against his shoulders while Louis picked up Zayn and walked out to the car.

"I love you and our perfect little family," Harry cooed kissing Louis' temple.

"Me too, me too," Louis smiled looking back at the three boys in the backseat snuggling against each other...
