''Wake up cara..time for school'' Cara a 15 year old girl was awoken by her mother for the usual school run,

''Five more minutes...'' she groaned as the cold air creeped in.

''C'mon its 7am you'll be late!''

''Huh?'' Cara exclaims as she jerks up and looks at her clock, without words she jumped out of bed and started searching through her wardrobe frantically  for her uniform.

''No use looking in there'' her mother shouted through the door,

''Its in the tumble dryer'' she exclaimed.

Cara raced to the wash room, grabbed her uniform and back to her room she went. She was dressed in no time but as the clock ticked on Cara snatched her piece of toast and ran out the door.

''5...4...3...2..1'' her mother whispered and soon after cara came rushing back through the door,

''Hehe'' she laughed nervously ''I forgot this..'' she blurted as she grabbed her school bag and was out the door.

As cara made her way towards school she saw her two best friends by the school gates waiting for her,

''Oh there you are!'' One of her friends Rhiannon exclaimed

''Could you have been more late?'' Cara's friend Serenity joked.

The three friends walked to there classes chattering mindlessly about what they'd been up to over the summer, then cara stopped and whipped out her phone,

''Cara c'mon we dont have time for texting!'' Serenity whined

''Especially not Jake..'' Rhiannon trailed

''Hey!'' cara exclaimed ''Thats none of your business!''

''OooooOOOoo'' both girls taunted in union ''Caras got a boyfriend, caras got a boyfriend..''

''Have not!'' she snapped ''anyways, we should be going to class'' cara quickly changed the subject.

''Fine, we'll see you after school and then your spilling the beans'' Serenity taunted with a smile.
