-Cara's POV-
''Cara, pay attention!''
I snapped out of my thought and focused on what i should of been doing.
''You've been very day dreamy lately...are you all right?'' Carter spoke up again. I was having a private lesson to help improve my trotting.
''Huh what yeah im fine, hehe'' i said rather unconvincing-ly,
''Hm, all right now bring checkers back to life by doing some half halts and circles please'' Carter instructed.
I did half halts and circles but all my mind could drift back to was Jake. Ugh i didn't want to think of the rascal.
The rest of my lesson went fine but my stomach was churning at the thought of having to go back and face him.
I walked down to the hut to get ready for my first lesson of this summer, ''i hope my teacher is nice'' i thought to myself luckily Jake was gone and only Emma was there.
