Demonophobia- The fear of Demons
My family is full of religious beliefs and stories. We're Christian. Well at least my parents are. As much as I love god, I don't pray every night like my mom and dad.
They don't know that. The stories they tell me, of how the crazy and demented are just workers of the devil, that their souls are dark. It's interesting.
If my mother found out about my thoughts, if she could read my mind. Well, let's just say I would no longer be living with my parents.
She'd send me to a nunnery. And I so do not want to be a nun. Not that I don't have anything against them, I'd just rather be free.
Interrupting my thoughts, a nock sounded at my door. "Sara. it's time for school sweetie. Don't forget your morning prayers." I rolled my eyes.
"already did them mom. I'm ready by the way." I grabbed my bag and opened my door. My mother's face scrunched up in disapproval.
"Honey what are you wearing? That is way too revealing for a young lady. Change. " I frowned and looked down at my outfit. Jean shorts and a tshirt.
I pouted, "But mom it's hot outside. like 100 degrees. You know I don't wear dresses. it's 2014 for goodness sakes." She rolled her eyes and walked off.
I smirked and walked behind her, getting in the car. August 2014. Man was it hot. I got out of the car when she pulled up, not muttering a single word to her as I exited.
I met up at the gates with Jessica, who's arm was linked with another. My eyes trailed up to whom this mystery guy was.
Louis Tomlinson. My eyes bulged and my mouth was agape. She giggled. "Sara. Jesus girl close your mouth." I frowned at her.
"Jess. Do you not see who's arm yours is connected with? You know he scares me." I pouted , whispering to her.
"Talking about me , are we ladies?" He spoke. Holy shit he spoke. And he was fucking BRITISH.
"Woah Woah woah. He's fucking British? " Jess rolled her eyes, as if I were supposed to know.
I raised a brow," what? sorry if I wasn't concerned on how his voice was. You know he terrifies me." I snapped stomping my right foot.
"Well Sara if you're scared of him, wait till you meet the new guy, Harry." Then Louis spoke.
"If you want your friend safe Jess, it's best she doesn't meet Harry at all. He's dangerous. " I got shivers and not the good ones.
I looked at jess and she nodded. I walked off to me locker and started the combination. Once it was open I took my Chemistry book and stuffed it in my bag.
I turned around but was bumped into something warm and hard. My eyes trailed up to me a stranger. He had tattoos and piercings. Curly hair and really green eyes.
He was sort of, scary. But attractive nonetheless. "Oh. I'm sorry." He didn't speak.
my hands started to shake, as he made me profusely nervous. He smirked at me, " maybe you should watch where you're going babe." My mouth was open. I didn't expect his voice to be so deep.
I backed up a bit and looked at the clock. "Ok. I've got to go." I stuttered a bit and started walking away. My arm was snatched.
"I'm Harry. What's yours?" He asked, his voice soft. I bit my lip, replying hesitantly.
"It's Sara." His mouth parted a bit and he let go. I started to run a bit. Finally making it to Chemistry.
Harry scared me, I know I should stay away, but he makes me curious. I've already gotten myself in too deep and there was no way out.
