Lilac Lilly, washed ashore from the lilac valley
The rain fell and now you’re all wet
The wind blew and your petals are all blue
But don’t worry I’ve got water colours for you
In Blue red purple black and lilac too
Lilac Lilly socked in rain ,
forget the rain that made you blue
the blue that gave you legs
to walk away and wings to fly,
but don’t fly away when the tide is too high
Because remember the water needs lilies too
The flamingo, the fishes, the birds would cry too
Yes lilly we know you’re blue,
So blue you feel black
Black as the bridge by the lilac river where you stand
So back up a little, Lilly
but what about those you leave behind
what about our colour Red
Red of our eyes, red in our hearts
Or fuck sake lilly please back away
Don’t take the lillac from our red’s
Not from my red, I’ll paint your lillac back
It’s raining now in wonderland
Where Alice is still standing
The rainbow still high over
But the lillac no longer
Not a rainbow not any longer
So lilly don’t fucking go
Alice likes her heart all whole
