I would call this an author's note but really the whole thing is an author's note. So I'm just going to stick with introduction.
If you're reading this chances are you're either a fan of Girl Meets World or you're really bored, but either way, welcome! I had bad feelings about the fate of this show for a while before it was announced, and even if we are able to get it continued on Freeform, Netflix, etc., this is the end of an era for this show. Not only will one story be over but two. Boy Meets World and Girl Meets World have made huge impacts on many people. So, I decided to share the "letter to the show" I began writing when I first heard the news about the cancellation. I hope it helps you feel some sense of closure and pride for the show like it does for me.
I will be publishing the final letter sometime soon after Friday January 20, so that if you're feeling sad after watching Girl Meets Goodbye, you can read this to help.
