The outfit Kayla is wearing and the mansion ^^^^

~Kayla

Monday morning, a teenager's favorite time, I think to myself sounding sarcastic as I slowly get up from my bed. I glance at the alarm clock and see it's past 7:00 am. I quickly rush into the bathroom and finish my business. I decide to wear something cute but professional for the big day today. I choose to leave my hair wavy as I begin to rummage through my closet for the right outfit

I finally settle with a short blue dress that reaches down my thighs and thin brown belt tied around my waist. I add a white cute white cardigan to make it an even more cute outfit. I apply some rosy lipstick and a little makeup. I look at myself in the mirror pleased with the reflection i hoped to get.

I then head downstairs to find everyone gone. I notice a small note on top of the fridge as I enter the kitchen. I grab it to find that it's a note from mum who says she is in the laundry room in the basement. I then hear a honk outside and I know it's Stacy and since I don't have time to eat anything, I decided to grab an apple and eat it on my way.

I leave a small note for mum telling her that I left for school and keep in on the kitchen counter for her to see it easily. I rush to the front door and into Stacy's car as we hurriedly drive away.

"Looking cute and ready to beat anyone's ass today, Kay!" she compliments me. I smile and tell her thank you. I don't say anything else as my mind travels back to Blake. Should I tell her about him or should I wait? There are somethings in this world that need to be kept to ourselves and not let out and I believe this is one of those things. I then decide not to tell her.

"Earth to Kayla!....are you even listening to me?" she asks. I nod my head yes and let her continue. I am so nervous about how today will turn out to be. What if I don't get it, what if i am not good enough, I think to myself but quickly suppress those negative thoughts out of my mind. I then scold myself for not paying attention to Stacy and hoped she wouldn't ask me any questions about what she's talking about. We continue to drive with her talking and me listening.

..................................

We reach school beyond time and I quickly got out of the car and told Stacy to not wait up for me later and that I would return with the school's main bus. I then head to the school's main entrance where my art class classmates are being held and I quickly join them.

"Did I miss anything?" I ask Melissa, one of my closest friends in the art class.

"Nope. The teacher isn't even here. Don't worry, I too just arrived." she reassures me. I sigh with relief and joy. Just then, Ms. Andrys, our art teacher joins us and is soon ordering us to give her attention.

"Okay class, you know what today is. I am here to remind you again to be at your best behavior when we arrive the mansion. I don't want to hear any complaints about my students acting inappropriately. Understood?" she commanded us. Everyone nodded their heads simultaneously quite frightened by her dark tone.

"Well then, everyone line up as I read your names to board the bus." she orders and everyone goes into a line position. She starts to read names and when I hear my name being called, my heart beats a little faster from the excitement I'm feeling. I enter the bus and choose my seat at the front so I don't have any distractions and I can easily hear what the teacher is instructing us to do.
