Attitude Problem

Runaway

I loved the sight of my desk but unfortunately I couldn't just stare at it anymore.

"What are you doing Mister Fryer?" The teacher asked

"Josh you don-." I started

He looked down at me.
"He's clearly the one that's wrong." He interrupted

"Yea she got that right." I girl stood up

"I got the same answer." Zayn stood up

I looked around the room seeing people stand up.

"Oh I guess she did get that right." Mr. Jordan answered

I looked at josh and smiled.
"Thanks." I hesitated

"Never said thank you before,huh?" He laughed

"Haven't had to in a while."

Finally I heard the bell rang and shot up out of my seat.

"Delilah,I need to see you." Mr. Jordan said

Come on I was almost out the door.

I walked back into the classroom and saw Josh still sitting in his seat

"Josh you can go." Mr. Jordan said

"I'm staying here."

"Get out of my classroom Joshua." He yelled

"What do you want?" I crossed my arms

"Answer this problem."he wrote the equation on the board.

I put my back to the classroom and could feel someone near me.

I felt two arms go around my waist!

"Get off me!" I screamed

"Delilah!" Joshua ran into the classroom

Tears started to stream from my face,I ran outside of the classroom and out the double doors of the school.

"What did that bastard do? Joshua asked

I didn't speak but I ran from him,from here.

I found myself walking in a valley. I was alone,scared and certainly upset.

My phone kept ringing.

10 missed calls from Michelle
16 text messages from Michelle,Zayn and Joshua.

Josh is calling.

I picked up the phone.

"Delilah,where are you?"

"I'm not sure,it's scary here,it looks like Chicago." I explained

"Sounds like she's downtown." Josh said to someone

"Josh."

"Yes."

I started to cry.

"Mr. Jordan put his arms around my waist."

"Do you think he would have done something more if you hadn't of screamed?"

"I don't ev- en w-ant t-to ima-gine." I stuttered

"Were on our way to get you." He said

Josh jumped out of the car and I ran up to him and wrapped my arms around his neck.

"I'm sorry,I didn't mean." He said

"I'm the one who hugged you,sorry."

"Sweetie I don't think I can keep you anymore." Michelle came up to me

"I knew this would happen."
