Phase Two: Together Forever!

Star, moping around in Marco's sweater, was laying in her bed thinking about the marvelous time him and Jackie were having. What wondrous things they were doing; laughing, talking, being a coup—

"STAR!" Janna exclaimed, barging into her room all of sudden. A surprised Star jolted up from her bed.

"Janna? I thought you left," Star said, narrowing her eyes at the little psychopath.

"Yeah, I was gonna, but then I thought to myself,'I can't leave her in this state, I gotta do something!' And I did!" Janna said, skipping towards her bed. She grabbed both of Star's hands and lifted her up, the hoodie dropping to the floor in the process. Star raised an eyebrow at her, concerned about the plan she came up with.

"How about a date with Oskar?" Janna asked with a wide smile. Star looked at her with a confused look on her face.

"I-I don't know Janna. After everything that's happened, the last thing I need is a—"

"C'mon Star! All you've been doing around here is mope. I don't want to see you sad, and having a date with your crush sounds perfect!" Janna said, lifting both of their hand up to her chest.

"Marco's going out with his crush, why can't you do the same?"

"You're.....right!" Star responded, her eyes lighting up instantly."Maybe this is good for me...right?"

"Of course it is! Then, when you guys are dating, you won't even have to worry about what's-his-name anymore! It's full proof!" Janna said, keeping the wide smile on her face.

"O-okay then! I'm gonna go and get ready!" Star said, letting go of Janna's hands and skipping off to her closet. Janna crossed her arms and smirked.

"Perfect."

Marco, on the other hand, was walking home from his date with Jackie. What a smile he had on his face after his second kiss with her. He'd thought he was living the dream. His face was still blushing from the time they had together, laughing and talking. The blushing immediately stopped when a sudden wind passed by. He turned around to see two girls rushing off to some place, particularly Star and Janna.

"Star?" He questioned the dolled-up princess. "Where are you going?"

"None of your business, safe kid!" Janna responded for her. Star only looked at him and plastered a sad smile on her face. Marco scratched his head.

"Those two girls are double trouble."

"Okay Star, there he is!! Make your move!" Janna said, pushing Star towards the boy with the keytar waiting for her at the park. She ran back to the bush and gave the princess a thumbs up before descending. A flash of fire appeared in front of her, revealing a very annoyed Tom.

"What does she see in that guy?" Tom asked, crossing his arm.

"Is demon boy jealous? Awww," Janna teased, worsening his expression.

"Shut up," Tom said, rolling his eyes.

"Well, if this works, she won't be in a slump anymore, so let's just be happy for her."

"Yeah right, all you want to do is go on adventures with her again. You're so selfish," Tom retorted.

"What?! I just want what's best for my friend!" Janna said, a bit offended by his words.

"Yeah, why did I agree to this again?" Tom asked himself.

"Because you want her to be happy too!"

"WITH ME!"

"Keep your voice down, will ya? I wanna hear this," Janna shushed him. He responded with a growl.

Janna looked through the bushes, to watch a very nervous Star ask her crush out.

"Dude I think it's working!" Janna said, looking back at Tom.

"I am NOT looking at that," Tom responded, getting ready to leave.

"WAIT!" She harshly whispered, grabbing his arm. "You can leave when it's over. We still don't know if this is gonna turn out ok."

"How can we not know? It's Star!"

"Yeah, the same girl that was just crying over Marco hours ago." Tom balled his fists at that remark.

"Oh calm down, hot stuff! You know he didn't do anything wrong," Janna said, rolling her eyes and looking back at the two teens. As soon as she saw Star walk her way, she shooed Tom away and a flash of fire appeared once again. Janna rose up from the bushes, cleaning herself up.

"So...? How'd it go?" She asked nervously.

"Let's just say I have plans tomorrow!" Star exclaimed with a big smile on her face. Janna smiled back and was caught off guard with a hug.

"Thank you so much Janna! This is gonna be so awesome!!" Star said, lightening her grip on the girl. Janna nervously smiled and pulled away from her.

"Well, I hope you've got an outfit ready!" Janna said with a smirk. "Because you need to look sexy."

"Janna I don't think I should—"

"C'mon! Marco's gotta know what he's lost!" Janna said.

"What? Marco?"

"I-I mean, Oskar's gotta know what he's got! C'mon let's pick your outfit for tomorrow," Janna said, walking away and smacking herself in the head, leaving Star confused.

Weird.
