I sat down under my special tree. It was the only tree in the entire forest that was able to protect me from the sunlight torture. I closed my eyes and let myself fall back into my memories.
When I was born, I was hated by all of man kind. They despised me. Wanted to kill me. Therefore I had the same feelings back. Which is exactly why I became the world's second Vampire.
You don't become a Vampire until you kill at least 50 people. Well I was happy to do that at the age of 3. My killing spree had begun. All the blood, the screams, the pleas for mercy were music to me. I was finally getting payback for the way the humans treated me, and it sounded so... so good.
Then one day, I died. How? Well that's an easy one. A wooden stake to my heart. No, I wasn't prepared for it because my dad was the one who murdered me in my sleep. A nice, father and son relationship is what we had there. "Fun". The reason he killed me was because he knew I was stronger than him. I had less emotion for those I murdered, therefore making me strong. My dad wanted to stay the First Vampire so he just disposed of me.
Little did he know, Shadow Knights were very popular this time of year. Being the lucky kid I was, I was reborn as a Shadow Knight while still being a Vampire. Sadly, there was no one to kill during my time in the nether... but there was blood. There was always blood.Waking up to a twig snapping to my left, I looked over. Standing there was a 15 year old girl who was staring at me, and holding a knife. I looked her up and down then rose to my feet.
"Can I... Help you?" I offered, getting a scream from the girl. She quickly threw her knife, which landed in my foot. I made a face as I watched the blood come out. Such a bad throw. Sighing, I bent over and pulled the newly bloody knife out of my foot. The girl looked at me with pride.
"There's more where that came from, now leave." She boasted, and I laughed."Excuse me?" I flipped the knife over "You think this will scare me away?" The girl glanced at me.
"Well, yeah. It would scare me away." She looked at me and put her hands on her hips. "How would you scare me away."
Giving her a nasty smile, I asked "Ever heard of Vampires...?"
I watched a shudder ripple up her spine. "Yeah, they drink blood and they are creepy and scary and you shouldn't get near them." I laughed and licked the bloody knife slowly. "Mm.... Delicious" I made sure she saw my fangs.
"Wait." She took a step back. "Y- y- you're a Vampie!?!" Instantly afraid, she curled up into a ball and fell to the ground.
"Yes. And you're human." I offered her a smile, trying to be nice. "Nice to meet you." The girl was shaking now, muttering "please don't hurt me..." over and over.
"Alright, alright, I won't touch you, now stop that." I groaned and put my hands in my pockets. The girl looked up at me then rolled over to get on her hands and knees. "What." I said dryly "What is that."
The girl looked at the ground. "I know you drink blood. And you didn't kill me so... the least I can do is give you lunch." She exposed her neck to me and I just raised an eyebrow.
