"The least I can do is offer you lunch." The girl exposed her neck to me and I glanced at her.

"That's a terrible idea." I stated. The girl looked up at me once again and asked "Why?"
"Because."
"But I want you to eat."
I was starting to get annoyed so I crossed my arms. "No you don't. You want a cool scar."

"Oh please," she waved me off, "in all the vampire books I read, nobody ever gets a scar." I gave her the blankest look ever. "You want me to bite you," I sighed, "so it will be like one of your books." The girl nodded and I sighed. "No." The girl took the knife I had been holding and pressed it to her neck.

"You guys go crazy for blood, right?" She looked at me hopefully. "I wouldnt-" too late, she cut her neck. It wasn't that bad. I watched the small trail of blood make its way down her neck and I felt myself loose control over myself. I grabbed her wrists and pinned her to a tree. She let out a squeak that was quickly cut off when I bit into her. A scream filled the air and I drank some of the offered blood. I felt the girl slump onto me. Great, she was unconscious and I got no more than a minute in. I pulled back and looked at her. She had gotten pale in a short period of time and looked absolutely terrible. Not even the murderer me could leave her here like that. So I picked her up and brought her to a complex of houses that she had a scent from. This girl is strange I thought to myself And a bit too into her books. I sighed and climbed up to her window with her clinging to my back somehow. I kicked her window in and out her in the couch.
"Good night strange one..." I said quietly, then jumped back out the window, fixing it, then dropped to the ground and walked away.
