After knowing that Mabel is the ghost who is terrorizing them. staice tries to talk with Mabel to know what she wants....
Then suddenly her phone starts ringing , everyone comes closer to her , Faris was shocked by seeing "MABEL " as the name on caller ID of Staices phone ....
Ivan asks Staice to lift the call...Staice lifts the call , -- Mabel starts speaking that " she wants to kill them all , nothing else " .....by hearing that Ivan was shocked.....then suddenly Staice becomes unconscious...
The group then discover that Staice is actually dead , and it is Mabel who is speaking through her.....
Faris asks the time from Ivan , only to be told that it is the same time ( i.e., 4:05 am ) ...
she had seen on the clock in one of the rooms shortly after entering the hotel , believing it is some kind of intuition , they decide to go back to the same room to understand Faris extrasensory perception.....
After going to the room they find a book containing paranormal explanations and a way to locate the energy source of dark spirits with the help of incantations from the book ....
They have hallucinations about the past when the hotel was a mental asylum and find that the energy source of the dark spirit is in a shock machine....
