Training (9 months later)

I could feel it. My time for revenge was coming. I was getting stronger by the day and the other CPU's are almost completely drained of shares. The only shares they get are from the small population of 5 000 to 8 000 people who are pretty much all fangirls and fanboys of the nation. We now had the most shares ever in the history of Gamindustri! Maxing out at 87% of the total shares in the world! Each nation either had 3% or 4% of the total shares. We were finally fighting the winning battle!...That was the good news...the bad news is...I've been given the task to train Yellow Heart and test her abilities every time her share count goes up. I like being around her, sure. But not really when she's trying to beat me into pancake batter. I make sure to bring the Titan whenever I test her since it's the only thing holding her back from going overboard and "accidentally" killing me. Yellow Heart actually sees fighting as just playing. I keep telling her that she needs to take every battle seriously but, she'll always be herself. Ruby, if you haven't already guessed, is not happy with this. Whenever we're done, Ruby always sends my damage report to Anonydeath as a complaint of his training methods. I don't really care though. As long as we have our medical ray, I'll always be good for health. Eden recently made a breakthrough in medical technology and invented the medical ray. No need for surgery or stitches with this thing. The pervasive beam of the medical ray burns the pain away, cauterizing even the deepest of wounds. Bioactive isoray collimator stops external bleeding as well as internal hemorrhaging. Particle beams move any broken bones back into place and burns them back together. It's a bit creepy but, the irradiated brain forgets all trauma and may once again focus on the task at hand. Eden scientists thoroughly studied the effects of the irradiated brain and discovered that no negative reaction happens. It greatly helps our healing capabilities on the battlefield. You just need to remove the bullet and put them in the beam for a few seconds and bam! They're all good and ready to fight! It happened to me a couple times after I was wounded. It feels a bit tingly. Thankfully, I have no scheduled training sessions today. I was in my quarters just reviewing some combat scenarios with Ruby and checking to see if Ruby was working as she should be. I was almost done with the basic systems check when I heard a knock at my door. Who would be visiting me today? I walked over to the door and opened it and saw none other than Yellow Heart standing right in the doorway before tackling me to the floor.

-"I thought I didn't have any training sessions today!" I said in protest.

-"Come on Nanuk! It's that time again! Let's play!" she said in her usual happy tone.

-"No! I don't have any sessions planned today!"

-"But I wanna play!" she said in a huffy tone.

-"Well you're just gonna have to deal with it for today!"

-"Hmph! No! I wanna! Let's PLAAAAAAY!!!"

-"If I say yes, will you get off me?"

-"Sure! I just wanna play!!!"

-"Fine, just go to the battle dome 7, okay? I'll be there soon."

-"Okay! Don't be long!" she said as she ran out of my room towards the battle dome.

...

-"I thought I'd get a day off today, but I guess not." I said to myself.

-"Pilot, I advise against engaging in combat with her, she is a highly dang-" I cut her off.

-"You always say this every time I'm about to train her."

-"I always do so because there is a 2.9% chance of you coming out of that battle unharmed."

-"Being "unharmed" doesn't necessarily mean "dead" Ruby. I know what I'm doing."

-"You do not, actually. I am connected to your brain functions and you are displaying elevated levels of dopamine. Having high levels of dopamine for a extended period of time can result in your brain being susceptible to making choices that are not the best. Conclusion, you do not know entirely know what you're doing." Ruby said as I finished putting on my battle armor.
