Michelle: I really loved your poetry! I like how you have a variety of themes instead of one consistent one, but you do come back to them every once in a while. It's great in all honesty. In some poems you tend to jump around from past tense to future tense when you're still talking about the same thing, so you might want to catch yourself on those. There are little grammatical errors that could be easily fixed and the formatting could be worked on too, but overall I read most of it and I loved every bit of it! I didn't finish it, but it's definitely added to my library for future reading. The way your poems are relatable and also inspiring to others to love themselves sends a fantastic message to your readers. The reader can see that your life has been full of hurt and sorrow, but also full of light and love. I definitely give your poems an 8/10, you show so much potential and I'm excited to see how much you will grow! Please continue on writing Behind The Mask, I'm definitely intrigued and love your poetry! Keep your head up and remember to take your own advice. 🙂
