Chapter 1

   Lyla's POV

Beep Beep Beep.7:15
Ahh that should be my stupid alarm,remind me why I have this thing again...I quietly groan as I struggle out of bed...Why does it have to be the end of summer??
I seriously hate the fact that I have to go back to school,that place is seriously like jail...
I manage to get out of bed and I trail into my bathroom and take a warm shower,brush my teeth and walk back in my room feeling a little bit better and just glance at the watch just to find that I still have 40minutes before I have to pick up Adrianna... She's been my best friend since 5th grade and well I love her soo much that our parents just can't take it anymore  oh and speaking about parents my mom should've been up by now screaming at me about not being late to my first day of my senior year....Ow well I'll check on her later...
I walk to my closet and atleast try to find something that still fits me since I've got alittle curvier and well I find my dark denim jeans, a white plain t-shirt, a denim jacket and a pair of puma shoes...I blow dry my brown curly hair and just tie it into a ponytail...That should do for the first day...I grab my samsung , school bag and my purse that contains of my lipbalm and car keys then I head to the kitchen where I smell beacon,eggs, strawberry waffles and some toast...I've got to text Adrian to let her know I'm going to be by her house in 10minutes

"Uhm morning mother" I greet my mom with a cheek kiss whilst trying to get some beacon.

"Morning baby,I made you some breakfast since I figured you might need it since it's your first day of school....And we both know you never deal well with that" She says all in one breath

"Mom,you know I'm a senior now right....And besides I think i might be in an exceptional mood after all...Oh and uhm thank you for the huge breakfast but I've got to run now or I'll be late" I say whilst grabbing my things and making my way towards the door

"Have a great day hunny,I love you"She screams as I slam the door

I decide to text Adrian since I didn't text her when I thought about it earlier...

"Heyya bebs I'm coming to pick you up in like 10minutes so be ready"I send it as I'm about to start the ignition

"Morning sweets, I've been waiting for you...Please come quick I need to get outta here"She texts back

Adrian's got one of the craziest family and sometimes they are just too overwhelming so I get why she wants to escape the madness
As I'm driving I turn on the radio just to find that my favourite song is half way finished...
When I reach Adrian's big house I decide to text her

"I'm outside your house and I don't want to get out of the car cause well you know how your parents are:>"

"I'll be right out" she quickly texts back and I see her storming out of the house
