"Liam look at this" Zayn rushed over to where Liam was sitting, his iPad in his hands.

"What?- oh no" Liam gasped as he saw the headline in the DailyMail.

Louis Tomlinson's new Hybrid's brewing romance with Taylor Swift, Louis Tomlinson heartbroken.

Below that was a picture of louis crying and running away to his car with niall and a picture of taylor kissing Harry, nick next to them.

"Lemme call him" zayn said picking up his phone.

"No babe, we need to go there, Louis is probably heartbroken" Liam sighed getting up and picking up his car keys while zayn nodded and brought two coats for them.

"Louis what the hell is going on? *Gasp* look at you! Love what happened?" Zayn barged in first, hugging Louis as he broke down again in his arms.

"Lou, babe it's alright" Liam said patting louis' arm.

Niall and ed were sitting next to Louis, a worried expression on their faces as Liam turned to them and gave them a look that said 'what the hell happened?'

"Harry went on a date with Taylor and uhh.." niall trailed off when louis' sobs got louder, zayn holding him, whispering comforting words in his ear.

"Oh poor thing, he must be heartbroken" Liam whispered grimacing.

"I- I lost - lost Harry, z-zayn I lost him" louis cried in zayn's arms, who was trying to keep his own tears at bay, because he never wanted to see his best friend cry like this.

"No baby don't cry we'll figure it out" Liam sighed kissing louis' forehead.

"No nothing can happen, he's gone, he wasn't even mine, he was just my best friend, why do I feel so sad? Why do i feel this constant ache in my heart" louis hiccupped rubbing his eyes, wiping away the tears.

"You know what? No I shouldn't cry, hell he wasn't my boyfriend! He didn't cheat in me or something.. he likes someone else and that's fine, he will always be my best friend, my baby kitten hazza" he rambled on, talking to himself, wiping his eyes and getting up to use the washroom.

"Explain in detail" Liam sighed sitting at louis' spot and niall started to tell them about everything, from Harry's phone being unreachable, to Louis finding taylor snuggled up with Harry.

"So..Louis.. louis doesn't know about the kiss?" Zayn asked hesitantly making ed and niall gasp out loud.

"Oh" came a voice, neither of the four made, they looked over to the bathroom door, horrified to see more tears spilling out of louis' eyes.

"Lou please" zayn pleaded getting up to reach louis but he just turned around and locked himself up in the bathroom.

There was a phone ringing somewhere and after searching for it for five minutes, and finding it under the sofa, they found it was Harry calling on louis' phone.

"L-lou where are y-you? N-no one i- is home" Harry stuttered through the speaker and ed frowned.

" Louis is here Harold, at our place, can you come here?" Ed said to which Harry agreed and ended the call.

"Lou Harry is coming here, please don't cry and please come out, you wouldn't want to make him sad do you?" Zayn knocked softly on the door and a few seconds later, a louis with puffy red eyes and runny nose came out of the bathroom, "are you fine?"

"Yeah" he sniffed, "yeah I'm fine.. where's hazza?"

"He's coming" zayn sighed and led Louis to the couch.

Everyone was being so gentle with Louis, as he could break any moment, little did they know he was already shattered inside.

"Can I see the article?" Louis asked weakly.

"Baby I dont think you'll like it" Liam softly spoke rubbing louis' back.

"Please" he whispered so brokenly that Liam wanted to breakdown and cry, he shakily took out his phone and showed him the article.

Expecting another breakdown, Liam tentatively put a hand around Louis but instead of breaking down, Louis frowned at the screen.

Why does Harry not look happy? Why is he so scared?

"What happened Lou?" Liam asked when he got no reaction from Louis.

"I.. I don't know.. If Harry's okay with Taylor then it's fine isn't it? I was just his bro pal who was such a coward that he couldn't even say his feelings out loud.. Guess I deserve it" Louis replied with a sad chuckle and looked up when he heard Harry's panicked voice from the entryway.

Why does he sound so panicked and scared? Why is he talking in third person?

"Harry?" Louis asked getting up from the sofa and got nearly knocked out by the intensity of Harry running towards him and jumping in his arms.

"Harry missed you Lou" Harry whispered his face in crook of Louis' neck.

He only talks in third person when he's scared or angry...

"I missed you too babycakes" Louis ruffled Harry's hair only to find it stiff and stuck together, "why is your hair all stiff and stuck?" Louis frowned.

"Oh ... Som-someone just uh.. Yeah oh yeah they spilled some milkshake on-on Harry" Harry rambled on an explanation, he can't tell Lou about what happened to him, Nick , he said he'd destroy Louis' career, Harry can't do that, "Harry is-is just going to t-take a bath" Harry muttered looking at Niall asking for permission and Niall nodded.

He climbed out of Louis' hold and stumbled towards the washroom.

"Something is wrong" Louis whispered.

"What?" Liam frowned, looking at Harry limping slightly.

"He never talks in third person unless he's angry or scared, he's limping, he looks so scared something is wrong with my baby" Louis continued to give himself and explanation.

"Lou it's fine, he's probably tired as he told you someone spilled milkshake on his hair" ed tried so soothe Louis.

"Milkshake that was only spilled on his hair and no where else on his body, not even his Tshirt? Wow" Louis snapped making Ed's ears droop and his tail stilled.

"Hey Lou, we're trying to help" Niall came in between, hugging ed softly who sobbed in his arms.

Realisation of what he just did hit Louis and he instantly regretted it, "oh I'm so sorry ed I'm just worried I'm so so sorry" Louis pleaded, hugging ed who nodded and smiled weekly.

"I think Louis is right.. Something is wrong" Zayn spoke after long time of being silent and frowning.

"That's not the Harry I know, no matter how tired he is or whatever" he concluded and Louis nodded.

"I know.. And I'll find what's wrong.. I'll do everything to protect my baby" Louis whispered as he was enveloped in a big group hug by all the boys.
