Sofia's POV

The past couple days, Juanpa has been nothing  but sweet. He has taken me dancing, and out to eat at his favorite places. He bought me roses both days, he is really trying to keep what we are starting to have, special. I've been trying to be good to him as well, but he doesn't really take it. He feels as if he has to do everything, and that's not how a relationship works.

It's the day that we are leaving for LA. I packed last night, but Juanpa isn't even halfway done. "Juanpa, you have to finish," I whined. We weee sitting in his room and I was sitting in his corner chair. All of his stuff was all over his room and it was giving me anxiety.

"Babe, I'll get it done. You could help, you know?" He offered and I shook my head. He didn't help me, why should I help him.

"I believe in you," I said as I was texting some friends back home. I didn't want them to meet Juanpa yet. They were way prettier than me, and that just makes me nervous. They saw the picture on his Instagram and asked, but I just blew it off.

He walked over and kissed my cheek. Then he walked back over and started actually packing. I felt back because he was having trouble zipping. So I jumped onto his bed and sat on his suitcase. It immediately zipped and he smiled and kissed my cheek again. We actually haven't kissed since the waterfalls. It might sound weird, but I think it's cute. He's trying to respect his boundaries, because we actually aren't even dating yet.

"Finally all packed, the plane board in three hours. We should probably get down there and go through security," he smiled as he picked me up and put me on the ground.

I already said goodbye to my grandma this morning before I came over. So all we have to do is go to the airport. We grabbed our suitcases and went to the car. Juanpa's mother drove us to the airport. There a few people came up him and I was kind of in shock. I forget who he is when we aren't video taping or anything like that.

He knelt down to speak with a little girl. She pointed at me and I smiled, she started giggling. What on earth are they talking about? I just stood there awkwardly until they were done. He kissed her on the cheek and she ran over to her parents.

"She asked who you were," he whispered as he took my hand in his to lead us to where we needed to be. I just kissed his cheek and and started to lead him. I didn't know what to say, but I knew where I was going, and that's okay. He stopped and made me turn around. "She asked if you were my special someone and I said yes," I smirked and ran my hand through my hair.

"You're my special someone. We don't have to label yet, or we can. But if not yet, it better be special," I pointed at him and he laughed out loud.

"Anything for you," he pulls me in and kisses me hard. I wasn't expecting it. But I never expect anything with him. I don't know what has gotten into him. That little girl told him something that he isn't telling me.

I pulled away to catch my breath. "It's not cool to make out in front of all of these people. Especially in front of those cameras," I motioned towards the people taking pictures of us from afar.

"I don't care if the whole world knows. Now let's go get on a plane," we walked to our gate after security and we got to our seats. I got cozy with a blanket, because this is such a long flight. I rested my head on his shoulder and was about to fall asleep. "She said you were pretty, and that she was happy for me. She was only nine, but she was so smart," he interlocked our fingers, "I'm always shocked when these girls or guys come up to me and know more about me than I do myself. I've always wanted someone with me to know me. I feel like I spread my love too thin, and waste it on the wrong people."
