"kayla!!" i screamed as i ran into our appartment. "when where you going to tell me about our new 'roommate'!" calum followed behind me, laughing. "shut up calum"

"i tried to tell you this morning, but you left too quickly" she too was laughing, hunched over and holding her stomach, just like calum.

"this isn't funny" i felt myself calm a little "why couldn't you live with ashton or luke or someone else besides us" i complained.

"well, ashton lives on campus, michael is living with his girlfriend and luke doesn't have a job" they had both stopped laughing.

"i offered yesterday, i didnt think you would be so worked up about this" kayla threw her hands in the air, "calm down anna"

"yeah princess, calm down" calum stepped towards me, and lifted my chin with his finger, i looked into his eyes for a second too long before i finally walked away.

i slamed my door behind me and flopped onto my unmade bed, i kicked my shoes off as i heard my door open.

"go away" my voice was muffled by my sheets.

"its me" kayla said as she sat at the end of my bed "i thought you would like him. he is really nice i swear."

"he isn't, he is a dick" i forced myself to sit up. i heard kayla sigh.

"well, he and i are ordering pizza if you wanted some" i closed the door behind her as she left.

the warm water covered my head as i stood in the shower, i sighed and turned it off, i was in there long enough. as soon as i opened the shower curtain i felt a rush of cold air, i wrapped a towel around my hair and another around my body and walked towards my room.

"hey princess" a voice calls from my bed making me jump, almost losing my grip on the towel.

"calum" i turned around and found him sitting on my bed with a variety of my albums sprawled out on the covers. "get out of my room"

"the 1975" he questioned, completly ignoring me. he put the cd in his laptop ad smirked as the album started to play. "nice choice" he says as he gets off my bed.

"calum, in case you didnt know, this is my room, and i am wearing a towel. get out" i demanded.

"whats the rush princess" he pushed his hands into his pockets and walked towards me, "im not leaving"

i pushed away from him and walked into my large wardrobe closing the door behind me. i grabbed a pair of Pjama shorts and a tanktop and quickly got changed, expecting calum to have left by the time i got out. he lay on my bed in the same position as before, his legs where crossed with his laptop placed on his lap. he had changed the song and was now listening to a band ive never heard before.

"calum why are you in my room, cant you just go lay on the couch or something"

"the wifi is better in here" he said, not looking up from his laptop.

"i have to study, can you get out" i sat behind my desk and pulled out a few sheets of paper.

"i told you princess, im staying in here"

i tried my best to study, calum sat in the same position, playing his music lowder than was needed.

"can you turn that down" i already knew the answer before i asked it.

"nope"

"of course" i sighed and shut my notebook. i pused his legs off my bed slightly, and closed his laptop causing him to sit up.

"what" he questioned.

"you are my roommate now, i need to know more about you"

"there isnt really much you need to concearn yourself with princess"

"well, ill tell you about me. my name is anna, this is my room, i dont like you laying on my bed and my favourite colour is purple "

"i dont care" he interupted and reached his hand beside me to grab his laptop. i slapped his hand away.

"i hate summer and really like music" i ignored him "im studying journalism, i play piano"

"again" he grabbed his laptop and sat up " i dont care"

"at least tell me something about yourself." i was basically begging him at this point. i had no idea why he disliked me so much, we where roommates now he was going to have to deal with me.

"fine" he swung his legs over my bed and stood up, he walked towards my door and placed his hand on the handle. "my name is calum hood, and i dont like you" he grunted as he slamed the door behind him.

He seemed to change his mood a lot, one moment he was laughing and smiling and looking genuinely happy, then there where other times when he was angry at everything, I noticed it a lot at work. He would be really sweet and nice to the customers, but would be really rude to me. Sometimes we could have a normal conversation with each other, and other Times (almost always), the only way we communicated was through a series of disgusted looks.
