The stranger offered his hand to me, thoroughly confusing me. Why would someone want to be friends with me?
I hesitantly took his hand and let my eyes wander to his appearance. He was wearing a black tail coat down to his mid calf with feathers sprouting from the shoulders. His red hair was just below his shoulders and on his head was perched a black and white top hat. When he smiled I could see his sharp teeth. "Who are you?" The question slipped from my lips before I could stop it.
The person with feathered mahogany hair looked shocked, he took a few steps back "Oh, sorry, where are my manners? I am Jason the toy maker your loyal friend and companion" he took off his hat and bowed, spreading his arms wide. When he straightened to his natural high to saw that he was ridiculously tall, the brim of his hat was More than 2 meters off the ground. "O-Kay then" I stammered, this dude is kind of weird but I don't have anywhere else to go. I look him over once more "I am Nico Di Angelo, we are not friends yet, we should get to know each other first" I say taking the outstretched hand.
