Unexpected love...

Mark's POV:

I didn't know much about Nikki, till she got approved on Instagram. I somewhat recognized her from when she met me on one of my tours. Her eyes were so blue and I instantly fell in love. I contacted her brother Dylan:

(bold is Mark, italicized is Dylan) 

Hey

Hey Mark, what's up?

Sorry I haven't talked with you much, but I was wondering if I could come hang at your house for Winter Break?

Uh, I guess you could share a room with my sis, she won't mind you sleeping on the floor, her room's pretty huge too so. 

Oh cool, I'm in Pennsylvania I fly out asap

Okay cool, see ya mark

yea see ya

I ran downstairs to tell my mom we needed to catch a flight to Virginia. She put her hands on her hips, "And what for Mark?" I sighed and rolled my eyes, "Dylan said I could hang at his house for Winter Break." She sighed, "I guess, you do deserve it." I hugged her tight, "I'm gonna go pack," I yelled as I pulled away. She stood there and laughed as I ran up the stairs. 

I went to my closet and picked out a ton of clothes throwing them into my suitcase. I picked out two pairs of shoes and crammed them in also. I went to my bathroom and pack my essentials and shoved them in with the rest of the stuff. I grabbed my skateboard and tucked it under my arm before dragging my suitcase down the rest of the stairs. 

My mom walked over with a pop-tart, "I called you an Uber, there's a flight leaving for their town in about thirty minutes." I nodded, "Good thing we live ten minutes from the airport." She smiled and hugged me goodbye before shooing me out the door to the waiting uber driver. 

I ran to the car and put the stuff in and then climbed in the passenger seat, greeting the driver. She smiled and then pulled away, "So why are you trying to catch a flight this fast?" I grinned, "Well, I'm staying at this YouTuber's house for break, but his sister is the real reason, I want to try and get close to her." She nodded as we pulled into the parking lot, "Well she must be very special then." I laughed, "Oh yes!" 

She dropped me off at the door, "Thank you miss for driving me on such a sudden notice." She nodded and drove away. I ran into the airport and got through the security fairly quickly. I finally arrived at the gate and handed the lady my ticket. She frowned, "Cutting it a little close are we?" I laughed, "Sorry, Miss---Miss Smith." She wrinkled her nose and led me to the gate, "This way sir." I followed her and took my seat in first class.

**flight landing**

I woke up to find a flight attendant shaking me, "Honey, wake up the plane landed five minutes ago." I rubbed my eyes, "Sorry, it was quicker then I thought." She smiled and followed me off the plane. 

I walked out of the gate and headed over to the luggage area. I found my luggage easily and headed for the door to find Dylan's Cadillac. I hopped in throwing my suitcase into the backseat. He smiled, "How was the flight?" I sighed, "Boring, but at least it was short." He nodded, "Well Nikki isn't home, but she should be home in two hours, she flew down to Arizona to hang with her aunt." 

I nodded and Dylan drove away. We got to his huge house within an hour. He led me inside and told me to head upstairs to the master bedroom. I found it easily and sat on the bed, messing around till I finally heard Dylan say, "WELCOME HOME!" I fixed my hair and waited on the bed for Nikki. 

I heard her scream and then run up the stairs. She opened then door and screamed, standing in the opening with her mouth opened. I smiled and this huge German Shepherd flew at me knocking me onto the bed. I groaned and she started to laugh, "Are you okay Mark?"I pushed the dog off of me, "I think I'm still in one piece." She raised an eyebrow, "Why are you here?"

I smirked, "I'm staying all of Winter Break!" Her eyes darted to the corner of her room but she turned back to me quickly, "Oh um, okay?" I frowned, "You don't like me?" She snapped back in the present, "No! Of course not! I like you Mark, its just-----its just you remind me a lot of Brandon." 

I was crushed. How could I be so stupid? I didn't know her and Brandon were together. I looked back at her crystal clear eyes, "Oh I'm sorry." She smiled weakly, "Yeah I became his girlfriend like a week ago." 

I smiled a fake smile but deep down inside I was plotting. Brandon and I used to be close, but not so much anymore. I will destroy him. Nikki will be my girlfriend and he'll be sorry he ever asked her out. I just need her to get close to me then I'll make my move, maybe even during a YouNow broadcast just to show Brandon she's moved on.
