I dragged my feet along the wooden floors of my house. There were only two things I was focused on; the ground in front of me and the pounded headache I had. I rubbed at my temples, hoping to ease the pain. As I walked down the hallway and into the living room, the blanket that was wrapped around my shoulders, dragged behind me like a cape.

"What's up girl?" Miku greeted me as I shuffled into the kitchen. I took a seat on a chair, sitting at the island.

"Ugh," I answered, dropping my head onto the counter.

"What's wrong?" Miku asked, the bottle of water that she slid to me hitting my arm. I sat up, opening up the plastic bottle. Time to start hydrating.

"I have this horrible headache and I don't know where I got it from." I took a swig of water and closed my eyes.

"What did you do last night?" Miku asked as she got ingredients to make breakfast.

"I know I went for a run after dinner but I don't remember anything after that." The whole night was just a foggy haze. I felt like there was something important I needed to remember, but I didn't know what it was I had to remember.

"Huh, that's weird. I wonder what happened." Miku pulled the milk out of the fridge and threw it on the counter. I opened my mouth to reply but I was hit my a wave of dizziness. I no longer knew where the ground was and I feared that, if I wasn't careful, I would fall over in my chair. I reached for the sides of the counter, effectively knocking over my water in the process. I tried slowly lowering myself to the ground but after about halfway down, I plopped to the floor.

"Are you okay?" Miku's worried face peeped into my field of vision and I tried getting a sense of direction as I stared at her. Miku leaned over my sprawled out form as she waited for an answer.

"I think so. I just got really dizzy." I tried rolling over onto my stomach but I no longer could figure out how to work with gravity so I ended back on my back.

Miku walked around me and picked up the tilted water bottle, staring at the puddle of water it left on the floor. After she cleaned up the water, she walked over to me to help me sit up.

"Maybe we should see the trainer before the game to make sure you're alright." Miku suggested. Miku knew how much I hated being told I couldn't play in a game, but she also knew when something was wrong with me. "Here, lets put on our game stuff and head over there." Miku disappeared around the corner, soon returning with the jacket and sweat pants we wore to every game. She tossed them at me and left to go get changed herself.

Miku had to basically drag me into the trainers office in our locker room. Partially because I couldn't walk in a straight line but also because I didn't want to hear what the trainer was most likely going to say.

Our trainer, Jihyun, sat me on the table and asked me different questions while shinning a light in my eyes.

"Do you have a headache?"

"Yes."

"Dizziness?"

"Yes."

"Fatigue?"

"Yes."

"Do you feel like everything is somewhat foggy?"

"Yes."

"Nausea?"

"No." Jihyun sighed, a good sign that bad news was coming. She kept her mouth shut and ran her hands along my head. As she brushed her hand over the left side of my headd, a sharp pain shot out from the spot that she touched. "Ouch!" I pulled my head away from her hand.
