Sara's POV
"Jess I heard what happened," I said as I walked in. I knew something was up when she didn't answer.
"Sara." Jess says shakily before she breaks down and starts balling.
"Awe Jess I know, I know it sucks" I said as I rushed over to her and sat next to her on the couch.
"H-he t-t-t-ook t-the k-kids w-w-with h-him," she says as I pull her into a hug.
I don't know what to say, I knew about the fights they were having. I know that Christopher think Jess is having an affair with me but we aren't. I'm not like that, I would NEVER EVER in a million years try to breakup someone's family for myself. Sure it'd be amazing to be in a relationship with Jess, I honestly feel like she's my soul mate. I get this feeling when I'm around her, kinda like butterflies in my stomach. I wish I knew how to tell Jess how I truly feel about her.
Jess sits back and grabs a drink of water as I turn on the tv
I ask "What movie do you want to watch?"
"Uhh, how about The Little Mermaid," she asks.
I nod as I put it in and go make some popcorn
"Jess, I love you," I say. As soon as the words escape my mouth I cover my mouth. "I'm sorry that just slipped out," I say real quick. When I look over at Jess I see a bashful blonde trying to hide that she's blushing.
