Innocent Agent (Niall Horan)

Chapter 2

Niall Pov

Harry, Liam, Louis and i are on the tour bus watching TV....well Toy Story (Liam picked it). We're all enjoying ourselves i feel my watch vibrate. It doesn't make any noises because people would get suspicious of that. "Hey lads i'll be back in a few minutes." I say. "Alright." They all say. I quickly get up and walk out sighing in relief that they didn't question me.

I climb up to my bed, get in and close they curtains. I lift up my pillows which reveal a small button on the wall. I push it and face the wall across the curtains. A square in the wall opens up revealing a computer. I quickly put in my password.

'ENTER PASSWORD-LITTLE-LEPRECHAUN'

Don't judge my password its my nickname that the boys call me. I press enter and it brings me to the welcome screen. All of a sudden Simons face pops up. "Hello Simon." I say. "Niall. How are things?" he asks. "Pretty good i guess." I reply. "Good to hear." He says. "So why did you call?" I ask. "Straight to the point then alright i have reason to believe that there will be an assassin at you next concert." He says. I look at him in shock. "What! how?" I ask. "We've received numerous threats. When we looked over them we believe they were code to when it will happen hence..." He says. "At our next concert." I finish. "Your concerts tomorrow. Have a gun on you at all times and make sure security are aware of this. Understand?" He asks. "Yes sir i understand." I reply. "Good i'll have other agents scouting the area." He says. "Yes Simon thank you." I say. "Your welcome Niall. We'll talk soon." He says. His face then leaves the screen. I press the button again which makes the computer retract going back up into the wall. New assassin great.

(Skip to next day)

We finally arrive at the arena where we are singing tonight. I get Lou (Teasdale) to do my hair quickly. When shes finished i get up and face her. "Did Simon tell you?" I ask. "Yes follow me." She says. Oh yeah Lou is also a secret agent. She takes me to her supply cupboard. We shut the door behind us. She flicks the other light switch which makes the walls on our left split open. Inside are many guns, bombs and many more items. She gets out a pistol and hands it to me. "A pistol? Thats all?" I ask. "Your going on stage. What do you think would happen if the boys and the fans saw you with an assault riffle?" She asks. I roll my eyes. "Okay! I get it!" I exclaim. "Good now the bullets in there may be small. But just one of these can bring unimaginable pain." She says. I nod. "Plus its holds more bullets." She says. I smile. "Thanks." I say. "Come on. I still have to get the others ready." She says. I nod and we walk out.

Harry Pov

The boys and i were waiting for Lou to do our hair. Trust me if we did it we'd have no hair in the end. We suddenly here a door open. We look around and see Niall and Lou come out of a cupboard? Oh Niall you sneaky little bugger! "Looks like our little leprechaun is a love machine." I say. Liam and Louis look at them. Louis smirks while Liam just looks confused. "Harry trust me Niall is not the kind of person who would have sex with someone in the cupboard." Liam says. "You never know mate. He could be." Louis says. "Guys its Niall." Liam says. "Yeah true." I say. "Am i the only person who thinks he could do that?" Louis asks. We don't reply. "Fine then." Louis says. Liam and i burst out laughing.

Niall Pov

I go backstage to find all the security. When they see me they stand up straight and wait for orders. When the lads aren't around they do what i tell them to but when the others are around they don't say a word. "Alright! Now i'm sure Simon has told you about the assassin?" I ask. They all nod. "Good now i want 5 of you in front of the stage. If anything happens 3 of you will lead Harry, Liam and Louis away and the other two will protect the audience. The rest of you i want you to be searching the entire arena." I say. They nod again. "Niall!" A voice calls. I turn around and see Zayn. I smile and hug him. "Hey mate." He says. He turns to the guards. "I'm one of the agents Simon sent to to scout the arena along with you." He says. "While i'm on stage if there are any difficulties you will listen to agent Malik am i clear?" I ask. They nod. "Alright fan out!" I yell. They all evacuate the area and go to their positions. "Better stay out of sight Zayn. If the fans see you all hell will break loose." I say. "Don't worry theres a secret tunnel underground that will lead me all the way up the back." He replies. "Alright well you better get going. We're about to start." I say. He nods and starts to run off. "Zayn!" I yell. He turns to me. "Don't let anyone shoot them." I say. He smiles and nods before running off.

The boys and i wait backstage ready to go on. I have my gun hidden. "Alright lets go!" Harry yells. We run out on stage and are greeted with many screams. The music starts and we start to sing.

Zayn Pov   

I take the underground tunnel as fast as i can. I can hear the music start to play and i start to run faster. I quickly reach the end and get out. I then start to run around in search for anyone. I look everywhere. I suddenly see a flash of light. I look at where it came from. The light room. They use that to make all the lights on the stage. As i look closer i see a gun sticking out of the window. My eyes widen and i quickly run up as fast as i can. As i reach the room i see many bodies on the ground and a man in full black at the gun. I run up and grab him. He has one hand on the trigger and the other trying to get me off. I see him about to pull the trigger i quickly move the gun. It fires and hits the wall. I hear people screaming. He glares at me and tackles me to the floor.

Niall Pov

Louis is in the middle of singing his part for drag me down. Everyone starts to scream when we hear a gunshot. Security quickly runs and gets everyone to safety including the boys. I can see the gun shot came from the light room. I quickly run up there as fast as i can.

When i get up there i see a man in all black on top of Zayn. I quickly get out my gun and shoot the man 4 times in the back. His body goes lifeless and Zayn moves him off and stands up. "You alright?" I ask. He sighs. "Never better." He says. We both laugh. "You get back to the lads i'll deal with this." He says. I nod and go back out. 

I get backstage and see the boys all in a state of shock. When they see me they all shout my name and hug me. "Where were you?!" Liam asked. "I wanted to make sure no one was injured." I lie. "Was anyone?" Louis asks. "No everyones fine." I reply. "Don't scare us like that. We thought you were shot." Liam says. Well i didn't get shot but i did shoot a man. "Don't worry i'm fine." I say. They all sigh in relief. "Come on lets go." I say. The nod and we go back to the bus.
