PART 12-

Randhir took out his Rifle which had a silencer fitted on it. He aimed the cartons lieing on the exact opposite side to them and he fired.

The falling of cartons startled everyone and all rushed towards the carton to see what happened. Taking the advantage sandhir rushed towards the window which Randhir had noticed earlier. As soon as they climbed out of the window the window made a creek sound alerting sound.

Rehaan-Ye wo khidki kisne khola?

Goon-Pata nahi bhai. Rukiye main band kar deta hu.

The goon came outside and checked both sides of the window and closed it. Still then Sandhir were standing on the sill near the window.

Goon-Kuch nahi bhai bus hawa tha.

Aada-Acha thik hai tumlog isko thik karo

The goons started doing their work but Himash was feeling something fishy.He was moving his gaze everywhere when he noticed a drop of blood on the floor.

Himansh-Ye kya he?

Rehaan-Kya hua Himansh?

Himansh-Ye to khoon he.

Rehaan-Khoon lekin kese?

Aada- Are koi injured hoga pehle. Kuch karte waqt chot laga hoga.

Himansh-nahi Aada ye khoon fresh he. Koi abhi abhi yaha tha. So my doubt was right. Koi tha yaha.

On the other side-

Sandhir were standing on the sill. Sanyukta,enclosed safe and sound in Randhir's arms,was standing on his feet because the sill was wide enough only for only one person to stand.Their breaths were mingling were each other.Each looked deep into each other eyes.

S-Randhir

R-Hmm

S-We need to get down.

R-Hmm

S-So how do we get down?

R-wait let me think of something.

Then they saw a pipe going down and decided to climb down through it.Randhir got down first followed by Sanyukta.

They somehow reached the college when sanyukta felt as if someone was spying them.

She was feeling insecured.

S-Randhir mujhe kuch thik nahi lag raha.

R-Kya hua Sanyukta? U ok?

S-Han han mujhe kuch nahi hua hai. It's just that my 6th sense is telling me that we are being followed.

R-Ok. Han mujhe bhi ye feeling bahut time se aa rahi he. Let's do one thing.Parth aur Vidushi se kal baat karenge. Abhi hostel wapas chalte hain.

S-Han chalo chalte hain.

Sandhir were walking down the road to their hostel when Randhir suddenly asked, "Umm Sanyukta can I ask you something?"

S-Main mana karungi to bhi tum puchoge.

R-Thank you. To I was asking tum tab ro kyu rahi thi?

Sanyukta got uncomfortable with the question.

"Nothing important."

"Batao naa Sanyukta.Please."

"Kyu batau main tumhe Randhir?Kyu?"

"Ok ok fine don't tell me but please ghussa bhi mat karo.Dekho tumhara hostel bhi aa gaya.Tum jao rest karo.Kal subah milte hain."

Saying this Randhir went to his hostel but Sanyukta kept looking at his retreating figure.

Flashback-

Sanyukta after hearing from Ishika about Ragini she went to Ragini's room to give her a piece of mind and after a short fight sanyukta lost her cool and in a fit of anger threatened Ragini that she would kill her if Ragini again tried to spread baseless rumors about Randhir and her. Seeing Sanyukta's anger Ragini's roommate Aster gulped and immediately called Ishika and priyali who tamed Sanyukta and took her with them while she was still hurdling curses for ragini. When she almost cooled down and was about to go to meet her group for search she received a call from her friend Kaustuki who worked in Forbes.

On Call-

S-Hello.

K-Sanyukta main Kaustuki bol rahi hu.

S-Han Kastu bolo na. Itne dino baad call ki tum mujhe.

K-Wo Sanyu.... Wo...

S-Han bolo naa Kastu Kya hua hain?

K-Wo wo tumhari Maa....

S-Kya hua Maa ko?

K-She is no more.

Hearing this the phone dropped from her hands. Her mom, her support system, her 1st love was no more with her. She didn't have a mother. She felt a complete void in her life which she could tell no one. It was her mom who supported her in her hard times. Had it not been her mom she would have lost herself a long ago. When everybody believed her to be wrong, even when she was disowned by her father for he believed her to be wrong, her husband left her for he assumed her to be wrong and divorced her it was only her mother who stood by her side believing in her and fighting against all odds to prove her daughter innocent. It is said god couldn't be everywhere so he created mothers. Yes that is the fact and Sanyukta's mom proved it to be true. She had not given her life once by giving birth to her but had given re-birth to her at the time of crisis. Her mom was a fairy tale to her.Even the fairy had to ask for three wishes to cindrella. But for Anju Agarwal one look into her daughter's face and she knew what is going on in her Daughter's heart. Even before sanyukta could frame her desires into words her wish would have been fulfilled. Whether be it joining Special Force or marrying Randhir or divorcing him. And today when she is not thereshe felt she could do nothing to save her mother. She was suffering from Cancer. It could have been cured had her mother agreed for chemotherapy. But her mother strictly refused to this saying, "Sanyu Beta agar tum apni maa ko khush dekhna cahti ho to tum mujhe chemo ke liye force nahi karogi. Mujhe sukoon se marne dogi. Promise karo Sanyu ki tum apni life jeena nahi chodogi. Because your life is only not for you. Your life is now this country's life. You will never let your personal problems hinder your path to serve your country. Promise me"

At Present-

Sanyukta was sitting by her bedpost and crying uncontrollably thinking about her mother.She had put her face in between the pillows so that her roommates could not hear her sobs but little did she know that someone was standing by the door watching her condition was himself not able to stop his tears.
