How much of our lives do we actually own? From the moment of birth, we are labeled and categorized. At the moment of birth, Society knows more about us then we do. We are given a name, a name that we didn't choose and a name we couldn't influence. We are given value based on our parents value. We are labeled by our social security number. We are categorized by our gender, skin color, and location of birth. We are labeled based on our belief system and our genetics. Our most important time to learn, around the age of 3, our lives are controlled by our parents and we learn what they provide us. If they don't have much money, we may not have the experiences or the education of other people. Most of the time, Children don't surpass their parents either, in terms of money or success. Our friends are made by personality and looks, both which are influenced by our parents and our experiences. Our birthdays alone label us by our generation, our zodiac, our age, and even people we get along with. Our traditions derive from our family. Our ideas and intelligence are influenced by our families ideals. all of this happens in the first few years of your life. By the time we realize what is going on, how much do we own and how many lives have we controlled?
