When you see the chapter name doesn't feel that you could write a whole book about it...
or maybe you can only fill up the first line on your paper...
no matter what it is...
You just hate it...
don't you...
Well...
If you focus on what you hate about yourself then you'll see that you are not "perfect".
If you ignore it, people will remind you of it..
There's not much you can do about it, unless you hide it...
But you risk it being found..
You can't do anything about the things you hate...
But own it.If you are not "attractive", remember in someone's eyes you are their world. Be the person you are, not someone you're not.
If you hate something about your mental state/social life, remember not everyone is a social butterfly that is "perfect" we all have problems and If you don't you could have it just as bad... Not everyone is good at holding a conversation, but holding yourself up takes more strength than anything.
If something happen to you and you blame it on yourself, know that it happen and you can't change it, but know you can change what it will do to your future and try change that. Change the way it makes people think about you, make them know how it affects you.
For any other thing that has you worried or upset about yourself, just know
That life
Is not perfect
We were built to be flawed for a reason.. It's so that we are human.
Example sentence-
"-So the king that lays in his bed has the same feelings as the poor peasant laying in the street.-"-Jack T.
Which means.. so the highest of all people feels the same way as the people who are at their lowest.
You may have heard this but, here is a story that changed how I think..
*There is a potato and an egg they both get boiled and took out. The egg says to the potato, "how come you're so soft after being boiled?"
The potato replies back, "Because, its not about what happens to you, it's what you are made of that defines what your outcome is."*-idkThere are many versions of this story but here is one of them..
So just know that you like everyone and everything else is not "perfect'.
Perfection doesn't exist.
