They have a strong bond and they're actually good friends. They bond over multiple things, and, as a bonus, much like Tsukki, Hinata doesn't eat floppy french fries, so Yama gets to eat his. They both also like chatting about Tsukishima and Kageyama, though Hinata doesn't understand why Yamaguchi loves Tsukki, he always listens, much like Yamaguchi does for him.
