It's so hard loving the wrong man. When things are good, they're great. When things are bad, its constant hell. He loves so hard he can make you feel like the only woman in the world. His brown eyes light up and I can see forever in them. He spends his free time with me, we have dates, take long walks and have deep talks, its almost like in the beginning again. He makes me feel safe and protected. But the problem is sometimes he wanders and the same kind of dedication he puts into me, he puts into them. Not too many people will admit that their man has fallen for another woman, but I see it like he has an addiction and Sky is his drug of choice. I ask myself why I'm still with him after catching him fucking Ivy in the studio and sleeping with my ex friend, Sky for months. Yet here I am a year later dealing with the same around me and in some ways my effort has paid off. Ty signed a multi-million dollar contract with one of the largest new labels out, CEO Enterprise, and is living his dream of being a recording artist. Ty financed my business, Arianna's Designs, and bought me a nice small building in downtown Atlanta. I design homes for wealthy people, and make a substantial income to pull my weight. We bought a home in the Highlands and its beautiful. We have four bedrooms, two and a half baths and a large yard with a sparkling blue pool in the backyard. We got his and hers Benzes and have been living comfortable for the past few months. Our life has changed for the better in a year, for the most part. But there is always still a problem with the vultures and the rumor mill has it that he copped Sky an Audi and hooked her up with the condo she lives in over on Woodbridge Hollow, less than a ten minute drive from our home, very fucking convenient.

She was so engrossed in her writing she didn't realize that she needed to leave fifteen minutes earlier to be on time for her appointment. Traffic in Atlanta was different than in Rock Hill. Everywhere seemed to take twice as long for her. She had cringed at the only available time slot the receptionist told her the office had available. Her obstetrician's appointment was at 1 p.m. which meant she would still have to battle through the lunch hour catastrophe they called traffic. Arianna put her journal away in the second drawer of her night stand. She locked it with the small key located on her key chain. She grumpily walked over to the bathroom to turn the lights off. She didn't care how much money her and Ty were pulling in now, wasting electricity was still a pet peeve of hers.

She exited the mini mansion she shared with Ty. She made a mental note to call the gardeners to trim the bushes lining the driveway. She wanted to keep a perfectly manicured yard and it was bothering her that they looked like untamed afro puffs and really needed to be shaped up.

As predicted, she pulled up to the doctor's office ten minutes after her appointed time. She had called in on the way to let the office know she was going to be late, their money hungry practice was to write you off as a no show and charge your account a fee of $100. She did not have time to curse anyone out today. She got out the car and immediately recognized the beautiful metallic Benz in the parking lot. The Amaroo matte black rims and illegal pitch black tint set the car off. Arianna gave a half smile, then frowned. She really didn't feel like going through this today. She got out of the car and tried to walk quickly to the entrance of the doctor's office.

"Slow down!" a voice called out to her. She stopped in her tracks. Taking a deep breath and trying to keep her emotions in tact she slowly turned around. He was fine. He had on her favorite color, red, which she was sure he did on purpose. His attire was simple, but he wore it well: a red Versace Polo, jeans and a pair of matching 11s.He looked crisp, like new money you get from the bank. Arianna told herself to be strong, even though she wanted to cave in.

"What are you doing here?" she asked, her voice hard like iron. He took a few steps toward her, she took a few steps back. Being too close to him was trouble, she didn't need that kind of pressure on her today.
