CHAPTER 10

EMALEYS P.O.V.

It is now the day that Jax it supposed to come to our house for dinner. Im kind of excited and Its weird, Im kind of giddy about it.

I wake up before Finn and start making breakfast; eggs, bacon, toast, sausage. He smells it and comes down stairs, he didnt bother to put a shirt on and that is fine by me.

Finn wraps his warm, comforting arms around my waist.

"Mornin love," he whispers into my ear. My legs turn to jelly as goosebumps rise.

"Morning there british beauty," I make myself laugh.

FINNS P.O.V.

That Jax guy is coming over for dinner tonight and I dont know how I feel about him. Im so glad he was here to save Emaley. I know we arent married even though we say we are but we are engaged, I did pop the question.

It was two weeks ago, I took her out on a picnic and we talked and talked. She wore a 50s sundress and looked beautiful as ever. It was nothing special, during a time when we werent talking I came up beside her and slipped her the ring saying,

"Will you please do me the honor of making me the happiest man? I have loved you for a million lifetimes and I want to make you mine officially." She said yes and here we are.

JAXS P.O.V.

I havent been able to stop thinking about Emaley which makes me mad because she is engaged even though they dont really act like it; its none of my business anyway. I am busy with club work. We have a shipment of guns that need to go out and Ive started working more in the garage working on the cars so making sure to turn my music up loud to maybe drown out the thoughts of Emaley that swirl through my head. Tonight is the night I have dinner with them. Im excited to see her, she makes my heart do some weird thing and I dont like it. Maybe I should get a girl to come with me to this dinner. I might actually. Ill call the house number Emaley gave me.

"Hello?" a deep voice on the other end asked inquisitively.

"Hey, Its Jax Teller," I reply a little nervous.

"Oh right, right, yeah, Im sorry. Its Finn, whats up?"

"I was wondering if I could bring someone to this dinner? If no, I totally understand," I bit my lip.

"Of course you can, whatever makes you happy," I could hear him smiling through gritted teeth on the other end.

"Alright well I will see you tonight and uhh thanks Finn."

"No problem, bye," with that he hung up.

After the phone call I go on a search for a girl, maybe Tara that I dated back in high school.
