The world lay in front of him asunder, fire lighting up the ash covered sky. Villages lay in smoldering ruins, reduced to almost nothing except mere foundation.

"What has he done...", Siris whispered.

"He has done evil to the world, he has killed thousands who stood in his way. I saw many fall, both friends and acquaintances, even some rogue disciples, to his blade.", Isa replied.

Descending into the tower, the group treaded carefully down winding stairs and corridors, finally ending up outside.

The smell of burnt bodies and decaying flesh not only was so overpowering, but it invaded Siris' nostrils, and also was enough to physically blind him as well. Both he and Radriar collapsed on their knees, gasping for air.

Isa, forgetting about the corrupted air, cast an air bubble around all three of them. Siris and Radriar both stopped gasping, their lungs craving for fresh air. After a couple minutes, they both said their thanks to Isa and continued on through the wasteland of death.

Cinders glowed like fireflies through the air, the ground cracked and dry beneath their feet. Bodies of fallen warriors and villagers lay at their feet. Severed limbs and mutilated bodies lay everywhere. The path was practically laden with metal as they passed different types of protective gear and weapons. Armors, scorched and beaten and cut, lay scattered around, empty shells of what were once great warriors.

Trees were reduced to mere stumps, what once was a riverbed had long since dried up. Skeletons of many different animals lay strewn about.

"This was once a beautiful place... now ruined by the Worker... Why...", Siris muttered.
