Ash and Serena - One-Shots (Amourshipping)

He's a Keeper

(Author's Note: Ik many of y'all hate Miette. Don't get me wrong, I hate her too. But this chapter wouldn't be a one-shot without her ;) ~Lia)

This is it. Serena had just won her 3rd Princess Key! She and the rest of the XY gang, are now making their way to the next city. Once they arrive, Ash will be fighting his last gym, until he fights the Kalos League. As for Serena, she will be competing in the Master Class. If she wins, she will become Kalos Queen. Every Pokémon Performer's dream. Little did she know that Miette will compete in the Master Class as well...

"Hey Ash!" Serena exclaims. "You ready for your last gym badge? Before answering her question, he throws his last piece of his sandwich into his mouth, "Yeah! I'm pumped. How about you Serena? You hyped for the Master Class?" Serena giggles, "You bet I am! Never give up till the very end? Right?" Ash swallows his macaron, and adds a beaming smile. "That's MY Serena." Serena blushes, attempting to hide her blush under her honey-blonde hair.

Ash opened his mouth to say something, until, "Hey guys!" The gang turned their heads toward where the voice came from. It only came from the one, and only, Miette. (*Sarcastically says* yay woo hoo) Serena sighs. She knows that Miette will do anything to take Ash away from her.

In a flirty tone, Miette says, "Hey Ash." , tracing her finger on his chest. Ash smiled, "Hey Miette!" Serena sighs in relief , "Thank Arceus he's so dense." As Ash continues to eat, he turns to Miette to ask a question. "So Miette, are you competing in the Master Class too?" Miette smirks at Ash, then turns towards my direction. "Of course I am." she proudly exclaims. "Who do I think I am? Serena? Boy, I bet she's still trying to get her first Princess Key." Bonnie didn't like Miette either. The thought of her friend being upset by this negative comment, she'd be upset as well. "Why, you-" Bonnie charges toward Miette, only to be stopped by Clemont's Aipom Arm. "Let IT go, Bonnie" Clemont quietly whispers. Serena opened her mouth, but before she could say anything, Ash had already spoken so. "You see, Miette, Serena's made it to the Master Class as well. So, don't assume anything just from a mistake she made a while back. She's stronger now, and I'll be rooting for her, with all I got!" he exclaims, as he fist pumps the air. He turned to Serena, then at Miette. "No one, hurts someone I love deeply." Serena was truly shocked by Ash's words, and actions. After his mini speech, he wrapped his arms around Serena's waist, holding her for comfort.

Serena deviously smirks at Miette. The look on her face was priceless. She finally closed her hanging mouth, and shook her head, adding a smile. She looks at Serena, "He's a keeper."
