6: Garbage Eater

 GABE AND CLEM LOOK LIKE MONKEYS IN THAT VIDEO 😂

Breathless, I run through the horrid forests. My grip on Alvie getting tighter by the second.

"Run as fast as you can!" Kenny yells ahead of me.

The moans of walkers are loud in my ears, no matter how far I run away from them.

"Argh!" 

I turn around to see Kenny being eaten alive by walkers.

"No!" I screech as AJ gets ripped from my arms, his horrifying screams filling the air. "NO! FUCK YOU, YOU STUPID FUCKING WALKERS!"

Tears stream down my face as a walkers bite into me. I finally snap and shoot all of them, all over their bodies, finally hitting their brains.

"Kenny...AJ....fuck!" 

"You failed me, Clem. You're just a useless little girl after all."

I look up to see my once father figure, chewed all up. Not in the shape I left him in at the jewelry store.

"L...e..e." I choke up.

He shakes his head at me and pulls out a gun. "Goodbye."

And the bullet goes through my skull.

I jump up from the car seat I've been sleeping in, my face tear streaked.

"Clem! Clem it's okay!" The all too familiar voice of Gabe whispers out.

"I..I.." I sob as his arms wrap around me.

"You don't have to tell me. It's okay." He coos.

I fiercely wipe my eyes and unwrap my arms from his torso. "I'm going on a walk."

"I'll...I'm coming too." 

We climb out of the car, careful not to wake Kate and Javi.

I walk around with Gabe following me like a lost puppy.

"Look at this, Clem."

I look where Gabe is pointing to. Which is a dumpster.

"What are we going to do with that? Eat the garbage?" I say, putting my hands on my hips.

"Nooooo. Just come on." He laughs, pulling me by my arm.

"You're childish." I laugh.

"Dreet." He says high pitched.

"What?" I laugh hard as I get on top of the dumpster with Gabe.

"Have you ever eat garbage?" 

"No, you idiot." I look up to the glowing stars. "They're so pretty."

"Yeah. They are." He says as we both lie down.

"I'm gonna teach you how to be a better shot tomorrow." I mumble as I roll on my side.

"Okay garbage eater."

"Shut up blockhead." I chuckle.

I hear him lightly laugh as I slowly close my eyes.

And my dream is better than before, thanks to Gabe.
