"What do you mean my parents? As in, both of them?" I asked, not having known this before.
"Well, Brielle, you see..." Dumbledore trailed off. "It's hard to explain. Your parents' souls were... they were... intertwined with each other. It's the kind of thing that spells cannot do."
"Dumbledore, I don't understand what you mean," I said, my voice thick with confusion.
"Brielle, I think what Dumbledore is trying to say is that your parents were bound to be together. They were soulmates, so that makes you the product of true love. You are bound to be one of the greatest wizards of all time because of that." The "All-knowing" Ollivander told me.
"Well, I don't know how to recover from that, so let's just go. What do you say, Dumbledore?" I said, awkwardly.
"I think that sounds like a fine idea. But we must pay Ollivander first." Dumbledore said sincerely.
So after that, we paid him and left. We went to all the necessary places first. Then, it was time to chose my pet. I've known for a long time what I want for a pet, as I mentioned. But in this moment, I found myself in doubt. This happens all the time, but this time, it only lasted for a second. We went up to the desk and I told them what I would like for a pet.
"I would like one snowy owl, please." I told the man with confidence.
"Well, I would tell you that we're all out, but I see you have Dumbledore with you, as he told me ahead of time to reserve one." the man at the counter told me before he went to fetch my owl.
He came back with the most beautiful owl I've ever seen. I was confused for a second, and then I remembered that I had told Dumbledore that Snowy Owls were my personal preference. I decide to name her Elara.
