Boom, boom, boom!!!! Heathcliff banged a wooden mug on the desk.
"This court is now in session.
Kibaou, do you have anything to say before we continue? "  Heathcliff asked.
"Yes! Him and others like him should hand over everything  and apologise!  Also this one belongs in prison!" He scowled.

"Yes we got that already. Subcommander do you have anything else to say as well? " Heathcliff asked with his hands clasped.

"I don't believe their is anything left to say except; let the facts speak for themselves. As for forcing the bata testers to hand over their earnings, I beleave it will not end well Commander. "

"Very well then, after reviewing the the data and considering the events leading up to the death of general Grievous, this court finds the accused........not guilty.

Shorty after the ruling was handed down everyone who stood behind Kibaou cryied out in disgust. As for Kibaou he was so angry that his eyes narrowed and his chin jutted out some. He barred his teeth as well as some spit as he spoke.
"Of what proff is there that shows he's innocent!" Kibaou spat and pointing his finger at Heathcliff.
Heathcliff didn't answer. Instead he tapped the orb which brought up a one meter wide and half a meter high hollow screen with a smaller screen just below it. Setting the screen so that everyone can see it, he then clicked on the most recent entry.

What was displayed was the encounter with general Grievous complete with audio. After he finished playing it Heathcliff closed the window on the orb and handed it over to Asuna who in turn handed it to me. Heathcliff proceeded to clasp his hands together as he spoke .

"Every video on this orb is a documented encounter with known criminal groups. I'm correct to assume that he perposly recorded each attack for just this reason. The incident with general Grievous is no different, However in a video prior to the encounter with Grievous, during an attack by laughing coffin, grievous can be seen in the background just as psycho goes over the cliff. Also Grievous is the only one who has lost his life to the pscyco. If I'm not mistaken you forced him to a dual in which you came very close to losing your own life as well. Do you deny it Kibaou?

"Rrr! No I don't!" Kibaou said through his teeth as he tightened his fists.

"Psycho. Although there is no roll of constebal here, however considering the roll that you have been playing we have decided that from now on you will be referred to as .............HIGHLANDER!. And all charges against you are dismissed.

It would be wise if you where more discrete in your dealings with orange and red players. This court is ajurned." Heathcliff said as he knocked the mug on the desk once more before getting up.

Before all of the guild leaders had left Kibaou got very close to my face.
"This......... isn't over .....pscyco!!" Then stormed out of the building. Asuna approached me with her head low just as I turned to speak with Jasmine and Kurisu. "Um, I was wrong about you. I was so sure that you killed him out of spite that I didn't ask the right questions. Please forgive me psycho, sorry highlander." She said as she bowed low. "Don't worry about it. Please lift up your head. You don't have to bow to me when you apologise, although it's your costume.
Besides I .........should be thanking you for proving my case." I said with a deep bow.

Jasmine and Kurisu just looked at each other in confusion for a few minutes. However I nothiced this and ask them why they where confused.

"Why did she call you ... highlander?
Everyone knows you as the psycho."
Jasmine asked. "What does highlander meen anyway?" Kurisu asked.

"Just another name for someone who lives in higher elevations." I said as I gently grabbed Jasmines hand.

"So what have you learned from your visit?" I asked Jasmine as we walked out of the K.O.B. guild building.
"Not much I'm afraid. We've talked to a man named thinker but he denies any knowledge of prisoners." Jasmine said. "I see maybe if we tail the army we might find out where they're keeping them. I bet most of them are level one players  who haven't gotten a chance to play. Even though it's a death game." I said as we headed towards the teleport gate.
