Awkward Situations

Taya's POV
It's been a week already and because it's a Friday my parents let Kayden sleepover, Tj had one of the boys from his year over too, Ryder Thomas. Me, Kayden, Tj and Ryder were all sat in the living room, messing around and uploading funny videos to Snapchat when Tyler came in. He wasn't alone tho, he had a fitty with him and when I say fitty I mean fitty. "KAYDEN" Tyler shouted, he hasn't seen him in ages. As they bro hugged we all stood there awkwardly waiting for Tyler to introduce his friend .

"Who'a the lad?" Tj asked, "Oh yeah I forgot, this is Jj" As soon as he said the words Jj, it clicked, PE coach. WOOOOOOO. Fitty.

"Yo man I'm Tj, this is my sister Taya" he looked over and smiled at me and gave me a cheeky wink. WOW. " This is Kayden he is Taya's bestfriends, and this is my main man Ryder" Tj finished.

After we all decided to watch movies, me and Kayden decided to go to bed because it was getting pretty late. "We are off now okay, see you guys in the morning" I said with a yawn and Kayden followed me upstairs, he sleeps over a lot so he knows where to go. Because I have a King size bed we both had plenty of room. "Night Kay" I said and drifted off to sleep.

"Shhh they will hear you" I could hear Tj whisper, "Tj just go in man" that was definitely Tyler. I was woken up by their voices but I wanted to know what was going on so I lied there and pretended to be asleep. "Omg they sleep in the same bed, you let her sleep with a boy" That must have been either Ryder or Jj because it was definitely not Tj or Tyler. "He sleeps over all the time now shhhhh" .

I felt my arm being moved and someone kept moving me but I still pretended to be asleep. "What are you 4 doing?" That was my mother, "Why are you in her room?" Obviously my dad. "Shhhh just watch okay". Then the room fell silent until, I heard the sound of a photo being taken. Oh no. I shot up in the bed, Kayden woke up too. "Aghhh what are you all going in here" I shouted. "Payback is a killer" Tj said and winked, and with that they all ran out my room including my mother and father. "Water pistols?" Kayden asked, "Water pistols, leggo" I said.

We grabbed mine and my brothers water pistols and filled them up in the bathroom. "Ready or not here we come" Kayden said in a creepy voice as we tip toed down the stairs.

With that we ran into the kitchen and chased the boys out into the garden and soaked them with our water pistols. "Show us the picture!" I we said with his hand stretched out. "Fine" Tj sighed and handed us the phone. The picture was of me and Kayden cuddling.

"Ohhh Tj Brook you better run my friend" I said laughing while I eyed him with an evil glare. He ran as fast as he could but I wasn't chasing him, he was on the football team aha no thanks.

After all the boys went home, my mother and father called me, Tj and Tyler into the living room. "Okay so as a late Christmas present-" with that Tj cut in "Very late" we laughed, "Yes well we thought we would take you on holidays, with Kayden parents so they will be coming too" We all erupted in screams but then Tyler said "Wait but where are we going?" My mum and dad looked at each other and then shouted "South Africa!". YAYA. I'm so happy right now I can't wait! "We leave Friday after school okay, we need to leave the house at 8 o'clock!", we all said yeah and ran to do our own thing.

I FaceTimed Kayden. He finally answered "OMG WE ARE GOING TO SOUTH AFRICAAAAAAAAA" I shouted to them "WOOOOOOOO" he shouted back. After a while of talking he asked if I wanted to sleep over, I was well up for that.

"Dad can I sleep over Kayden's house?" I asked "Yeah okay, I'm dropping Tyler off at Jj's so hurry and I'll drop you off too". I ran to tell them I was allowed and grabbed my phone, I all ready had clothes at his house as his mother thinks of me as her own. She's the best.

We got in the car and dad was talking to Tyler but I had spaces out watching the stuff passing by out of the window. "Thanks dad, bye Tay" Tyler said and waved to me, I waved back and looked behind him at the house we were at, it looked pretty similar to our house, just a bit smaller.

Once we got to Kayden's, I was greeted by his parents, "TAYA! My third child I haven't seen you in ages" his dad said I giggled and gave him a hug. "Did someone say Taya?" His  mother said appearing from the kitchen, she ran to me and gave me a huge hug. "He's up in his rooms, go on up" she said. I ran up the stairs and burst into Kayden's room, "AGGGG" he shouted "AGGHHH" I shouted too and shut the door. He must have just came out the shower because he wasn't wearing anything.

"What's wrong?" Kayden's little brother Aaron asked. "Uggg nothing I saw a spider!" That was the only thing I can think of. This is now super awkward because I've always had that little crush on Kayden and now this happens. I'm triggered. "Where has the spider gone?" Aaron asked with a puzzled face, bless he was only 10. "What?" I forgot what I had said "Oh yeah the spider um yeah it's gone" I said laughing in an awkward way. "Weird" Aaron said walking away.

What will happen with Kayden? Does Taya like Jj?
