Elsa looked at her baby girl, she was so beautiful. She cuddled Hope close and kissed her head. Jack looked at the baby, he couldn't believe he had a child. This tiny, blond haired, fragile, defenseless baby was his. His and Elsa's. "She's so beautiful." He smiled. Elsa looked up at him, "could you lay her down, I need to get some sleep." Jack smiled and carefully took her in his arms and laid her in her crib, kissing her head softly, "sleep tight princess." Elsa smiled, "want to snuggle with me?" Jack smiled and laid next to her, soon they both fell asleep with their arms wrapped around each other. A few hours pass and Hope wakes up crying, Elsa groggily gets up, still sore from childbirth, and checks on her, "what's wrong baby? Are you hungry?" She lightly bounced Hope in her arms then laid back on the bed, she slid down her top and tried to breastfeed her. Hope latched on and started drinking, Elsa smiled at her baby girl, "there we go, all better." A few minutes and Hope is full. She dozes off in her mother's arms and Elsa kisses her head, "my sweet girl." She got up and carefully laid her back in her crib before getting back in bed. She looked at the clock on her nightstand, 1:00 am. She turned off her lamp and rolled over to where she faced Jack, he was so peaceful when he slept. She laid her hand on his cheek and kissed him, making him smile in his sleep. "I love you." She whispered before falling back to sleep. Hope had woken up almost every two hours during the night. Elsa made bottles for her so Jack could feed her when he got up, she was exhausted. It was almost seven in the morning when Hope woke Jack up crying again. He went to her crib and picked her up, "shhh baby girl, mommy's tired. Let's not wake her up, huh, you want to go to the balcony?" He smiled and grabbed a bottle before heading to the chairs outside. Elsa was out of it, she was so tired. She was sprawled out on the bed, bun undone, bags under her eyes, even her foot hung off the edge of the bed. Jack came back inside and saw his beautiful wife still asleep. "You really tired mommy out, didn't you precious." He smiled at Hope, who just stared at him with her sparkly blue eyes. He laid her down in her crib, "go back to sleep my love." He kissed her head and covered her with her new blankie before rejoining Elsa in bed and falling asleep again. It was almost noon when Elsa finally woke up, she turned to see Jack on the bed, laying down with Hope asleep on his chest. She smiled, "my two angels." She kissed his cheek, slowly waking him, "hello beautiful." She smiled, "how many times did she wake up?" "She woke me up around four wanting to hear my voice, then at seven for food. Then at eight for cuddles." He smiled. She yawned, "who knew being a parent would be so exhausting?" She hugged her pillow to her face, feeling the cool silk on her skin. He smiled, "just a small price to pay to have this little angel in our lives." He rubbed Hope's back slowly, "I wouldn't trade this for the world."
