Growing

A year passes and little Hope is now starting to walk. Elsa carries the infant on her hip as she walks around the castle, she stops by her study and sees Jack working on some papers. Hope looks over at him and reaches for him, "dada." She babbled her baby nonsense. Elsa smiled, "want daddy to hold you?" She hands Hope to Jack and she snuggles into him, he smiled, "I love you princess." Elsa smiled, "she's growing fast isn't she." Jack smiled at his baby girl, "stop growing up baby, daddy wants you to be his baby forever." Elsa kissed him, "you know she will be, just, not this small." He smiled, "I know. Oh, some dignitaries asked for you, they are in the ballroom." Elsa kissed his cheek, "thanks dear." She headed to the ballroom and saw about five men and two women waiting to speak with her, some just wanted to see if her and the royal baby were okay. Elsa smiled, "thank you for your concern everyone. Hope just turned one last month, and it never is a dull moment." One of the women smiled and shook her hand, "it is nice to know you are well Queen Elsa, I heard you were expecting again, congratulations." Elsa smiled, "thank you Anastasia, I am. About six weeks actually." Elsa laid a hand on her stomach. Anastasia smiled, "well I would love to see the new prince or princess when they get here." "I will be sure to let you know." She giggled.
Elsa is about four months pregnant now. Meetings and paperwork filled her afternoons mostly, she barely had time to see her daughter Hope. When it was almost dinner time she was finished for the day, she headed to her bedroom to lie down for a bit, she was exhausted. She slowly drifted off to sleep and dreamed about her sister, ~(Elsa's POV) "Anna, no!" I yelled, she was jumping too fast. I couldn't catch up, I slipped on ice as I turned around. I would have caught her but the slip made my magic hit her head. If that never happened then none of the events leading to my sister's death would have happened. I wanted to die, I honestly did. I took a shard of ice and right as I was about to do it, I heard a voice. "Elsa, Elsa wake up. Wake up baby."~ Elsa jolted awake, "don't do it!" Jack was sitting by her on the bed, he hugged her close, "shh baby, it's okay, it's over." He held her in his arms, hugging her to his chest, "it's all over baby, it's okay. You'll be okay." He stroked her blonde braid and rubbed her back, "stay calm, don't get the baby upset." Elsa sat up and wiped her tears, "I-I almost did it Jack, I couldn't do it. You saved me." She shakily smiled and hugged him, leaving him confused. "Wait, saved you from what?" She told him what she was going to do in her dream, it brought him to tears, "please tell me you aren't thinking about doing that." Elsa hugged him, "I would never do that to you or our babies, I want to be here as long as time provides me." He smiled with a tear in his eye and hugged her, "thank God."
