Part 3: Going Some Where??

I awoke to see Terk gone. I looked at a broken clock I had, the time was 8:30 am. I left a note "Hi Terk, I woke up, I have to go get somthing for this guy Lenard. I'll be back in a little bit. I'll probably be at the junk yard if you follow me. If you want you can come help me". Sincerely,Gray. I went out the back exit and got on my cold bike in the alley. I rode over to Lenards brick house and parked my bike. I went up to his front door and knocked. Someone slid open a old eye hole slot to see who I was, then closed it. I heard them open 2 locks and then they opened the door and let me in. "Is Lenard here"? I asked him. "Yeah one sec". He told me as he went to get his boss. I waited there for five minutes. "Hey kid, cold morning huh". He asked me. "Yay, now what do you need today scum". I asked him not really wanting to do this. "Well I need a air filter and 4 pounds of scrap metal from the junk yard". He told me leaning on the wall. I didn't even say anything and I was off to the junk yard. As I was walking down the steps though I saw Terk waiting there on a bike. "So you got my message Terk". I asked him as I got on my bike. "Yeah, I needed somthing to do so I followed you here". He told me as we started riding our bikes to the junk yard. We got there and I explained the job. "K.....so this Lenard guy wants me to get him parts for i dont know what but i get payed for it. How bout we split up you go to that pile and try to get 4 pounds of scrap metal, ill be over here trying to find an air filter. If you here anyone coming hide, k". I told Terk and we split up. It had been an hour and we found some good,useful stuff and made carts on the back of our bikes out of scrap metel we found and other things. We started looking again after a break we took. I was climbing through a metel pile and got on the top of the pile to find myself looking down at a fulxiating purple thing that was making a wierd groaning noise. It gave me a flash back to the night my dad showed me this purple stuff that fluxiated just like this but it was in this metel container. "Hey Terk, come over here"! I yelled to him across the junk yard. Terk got up to where i was. "Wow, what is that"? Terk asked me. "I dont know yet,but my dad had somthing like this the night he went missing. I said i have to go back to my old house to get it. Know one knows my dad has a lab in his garage. Your coming with me". I told him as a started down the pile as fast as could. I got on my bike and took off with Terk following me. I rode up town, and turned on to 6th street. I saw my old house and rode around back and parked my bike there. Thank goodness no one was home. I had found a old backpack at the junk yard and grabbed it. "You keep a watch out for anyone, come inside and get me if theres trouble". I told him and he couldn't even say ok before i went in. I went through the back door and into my old living room. I kept through the living room, past the kitchen and to the door leading into the garage. I looked to make sure no one was there, and scampered across the floor to the wall. I felt around the wall and found a splotch of new paint and scratched at it. I uncovered my dads keypad to his lab. I hit the enter button and the thing scanned my eye. "Welcome, Gray Jackson". Said the keypad. I entered the lab. Everything was the same as when the night i came in here. I looked around for a sec and found some old work files. They looked important so i took them. I decided to take everything i could. I looked around and saw the same purple fluxiating cylinder with its little metel bars around it. I went up to it and tryed taking it. It didn't budge a bit. I tryed twisting it and it made a sci-fi sound like pressure releasing and slowly came up more. I took it carefully out and put in my back pack. I looked around again to make sure i didnt leave any thing. I saw a small black tablet and grabbed it. I closed up my dads lab and covered up the keypad with a tight piece of white paper. I went out of the house and met Terk. "Come'on, lets go back". I told him as i got on my bike and rode off to the junk yard again. When we got back we went up to the pile again and it was still fluxiating. It was fluxiating more and more. "Why is it so much stronger now"? Terk asked me. "It must be the thing in here". I said. I climbed down the junk pile and Terk followed when we got to the ground it was even stronger. It started to come towards us and float around us. I tryed touching it. "Wow, it tickles". I said as i played with it more. It started to wrap around us more and more but we weren't worried about it. It started pulling us into it. "Gray its pulling us in". "I know". I tryed to get unstuck but i couldn't. Then, phwomph! We were gone into the purple abyss.
