Laura's POV
After a few minutes Adele decided she can walk herself with out me dragging her across the pavement. We began to walk around the city letting the cold air blow on our faces
We reached the Golden Gate Bridge, adele insisted we came here
We walked along the side on the bridge road people passing us while we look around taking in the view
Adele was mumbling something to herself but I couldn't quite tell what she said. We began talking about the history of the bridge and why a lot of people like coming here. "Delly can u tell me please! Why u like coming here like it's just a bridge with people and cars on it" I said to her
"Well the history to it is quite astonishing, so many people have taken there own life's here and only 13 people have survived, out of the 2,00 and over trying to commit suicide here, it's 8,980 ft and 12 inches. It takes 4 secs or more to reach the sea if u jump off the top and apparently it's very painful" she said looking at me with a smile
"Wow!" I said "how did u know all that?!" I asked shocked "I did my research, and also there's a sign saying everything about it right in front of us" she laugh
"Oh Delly I do love u" we both giggled and Carried on walking.
We eventually walked around the bridge and head home, there was a comfortable silent between us. Delly was taking in all the world around her, while I was wounding how she New all that stuff because there was only two facts about the bridge on the sign
"Del do u want to go out tonight ya know to the pub?" I asked "sure why not, not like I have anything better to do" she sighed I gave her a hug and we then arrived at hers. We walked in and got something to eat.
We both got ready in some nice clothes and light make up. It wasn't a really night out it was just me and Delly hanging out getting drunk.
We called a cab and got in, he tock us to one of the best pubs in town were nearly everyone goes. We paid him and got out, everyone was either drinking or talking,
We walked into the pub and sat down at the bar "2 of ur strongest drinks please!" Delly smiled at the waiter.
"So Del u wanting to get back on the love train?" I asked her raising my eyebrow " Na not really.... I don't think I'm ready to love yet" she signed "oh come on del ur 23 when are u going to be ready?" "I don't know Laura I haven't found myself yet "
"What do u mean?" I frowned "I don't understand myself sometimes and it's hard to except for who I am and what I have done.....," she tock a sip of her drink "what do u mean though what have u done that u can't except?" "I'd rather not talk about it lau" "okay Del come on let's go dance"
Me and Adele's were dancing and I could tell del was drunk, she was off her head, I phoned Daniel to tell him to come pick me up because Del wanted to stay a little while longer.
I said goodbye to del and went to meet Daniel in the car park
Adele POV
I was dancing to the songs on the dance floor when lau said we were going home but I said I was staying so she said goodbye and left, I was drunk and i went to sit down on my chair when I completely missed the stool and began to fall when someone caught me before I hit my head on the table behind me.
"Woah.. are u okay?" The man said "haha yeh yeh am fine" I said turning around and looking him up and down slowly shitttttt he looks HOTT" I thought to myself
