The rest of the week was fairly quiet. Didn't really see Michael around all too much but that was fine by me. Today is Friday and I think Michael and I still have plans to study but I have no idea. Pulling out my phone, I realize that I don't even have his number. Poop.

I wait by our lockers for him so I can ask him about the tutoring and lessons. Usually I am home by now since my last class on Fridays is a spare, so my day felt like it was dragging on.

"Boo!" I feel hot air on my neck and immediately get shivers.

I turn around and hit Michael. "Idiot. You gave me a heart attack. Like I almost just died."

"Nah, I think you liked it. I could see the goosebumps on your neck." He gave me his signature smirk.

I roll my eyes at him, "So are we doing it today?" As soon as I ask this he wiggles his eyebrows. "Not what I meant!" I shout.

He finally starts acting like a normal person again. "I know you didn't I was just messing with you. And yeah, I mean," he scratches the back of his neck, "if you aren't still mad at me for what happened on Monday."

"Me mad at you? Yeah, I was, but then you got mad at me for being upset with you, and you stormed off." I crossed my arms and looked up at him.

"I know, I know. And I am really sorry. I just have a bad temper and I didn't realize what I did to you was wrong until after I have cooled off. Do you forgive me?" He tried to discretely see if anyone was looking, but I noticed him do it anyway. He didn't want anyone to see him acting the way he was acting right now. It would ruin his whole reputation.

"Yes. And thank you for your apology. I am sorry too."

"Why are you sorry? You didn't do anything wrong." He opens his locker and gets some things. I realize that the last of the classes haven't ended yet so he is either skipping or he has a spare too.

"I promised I would help you get your grades up but instead I got mad and huffed off." I explain. "So where do you want to go?"

"My house is probably the easiest to do it at seeing as that's where my guitar is right now. Do you mind if we do it there?"

I smile at him, "of course not!"

"Great!" He smiles back. "Let me just grab my stuff." He moves over to his locker and opens it. He only takes a few seconds to grab his books and then we silently start walking to his car.

"Do you want to tutor me first or do you want to play guitar?" He asks.

"We could do guitar first if you want, then we get a little break from doing school."

"That's a good plan! Do you have a guitar, or do you need to borrow one from me?" He turns his head towards me as he comes up to a stop sign.

"Darn it! I forgot mine at school!" I can't believe I am such an idiot! I always remember things like that. Why did I forget?!

"I have one you can borrow if you want." He shrugs. "Or I can turn around and go back for yours. It's totally up to you."

"Is it okay if I just borrow yours?" I ask sheepishly.

"Of course!" We sit in silence for a little bit as we drive to his house. "Do you know a little bit of guitar? Or have you never played it before?" Michael finally breaks the silence.

"I've tried teaching myself for a few days but it was pretty hard and I really suck." I laugh. "You are probably going to want ear plugs."

He joins me in laughing, "I am sure you aren't THAT bad!"
