Brittney's P.O.V.
Today has so far been a normal day. I wake up get dressed in the clothes my mother picked out for me. Today I got a pink dress. ( I don't really like pink but my mum likes to pick me out pink dresses anyway.) I got dressed and did my hair in curls. I went downstairs to find Harry making breakfast (Like he normally does. Even though he is eight years old).
"Brittney, can you fetch the mail?" My dad asks me
"Yes, dad," I said. I went and got the mail and saw that I had a letter. I sort of hid the letter in my dress. I gave the mail to dad.
"Mum, may I go up to my bedroom?" I ask
"Why?" My mum asks "You have not had breakfast yet."
"I am not hungry." I lied I was hungry I just wanted to see what that letter was about.
"Oh alright." My mum said," But at least take something,"
" I'll get something later!" I yelled as I sped walked up the stairs and into my bedroom. I opened the envelope (it had the exact address! Even the room I live in it's creepy if you ask me.) Inside it held a letter that read...
Dear Ms B. Dursley.
You have been accepted at Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry. Please find the enclosed list of all necessary books and equipment.
Term begins on September 1st. We await your owl no later than July 31st.
