Chapter Three - Medusa's Daughter

        "AHHHHHHHHHHH", Draven was going fast as he can but his magic started to fade away becoming weaker and weaker the closer he gets to the scream but before he turned back to his human form the caverns was filled with nothing but quiet.

        He tried to run as fast as he could but as he came out from the waterfall he was scared of what he saw and he couldn't open his eyes.

        "Draven... It's me Jade. Please open your eyes it is safe, I won't hurt you", Jade said but Draven was not sure to believe her after he saw the monster turned to stone and then he remembered that Jade was indeed Medusa's daughter. "Why didn't you tell me you inherited your mother's ability? I would have understood!", Draven said but Jade didn't reply back quickly.

         "I...didn't know I could turn things into stone", she said that and even she could not believe what she said. "This happened for the first time and when I was too scared of the monster, scared for my life I lost control and when I regained it there I was on the floor where you found me and the monster was that, a stone", Jade said and Draven believed her so he opened his eyes and he comforted her after thinking he might have lost her after just being able to meet her.

         Draven was empty, he didn't have any magical energy left but he saw Jade's wounds from the caverns assuming she tried to outrun the monster and while doing that she scraped her leg leaving a wound not so deep but it was big so Draven tried to heal her but even if he was concentrating so much nothing comes out. "Draven it's fine, I'm fine. Please don't use all your magic it's dangerous", Jade said but Draven didn't give up but thankfully Crystal and Bea was back.

        "Jade!!!" Bea said and she saw the wound and she called for Crystal hoping and asking her to heal Jade. "I will try my best with all what's left of me", Crystal said and she did she made an orb with healing particles and when it was concentrated she let it be sucked and absorbed by Jade's body.

        The magic did not fully close the wound but it has reduced the amount of blood and she got rid of the pain. "I'm sorry but that's as far as I can g----", suddenly Crystal fell to floor and she collapsed.

        "She emptied herself, even using the energy to save you", Bea said and the three of them looked at each other and she concluded, "She can truly be trusted and plus we need her, she would be a great help to us especially when we face your mothers", Bea said while Draven lifted Crystal and carried her until they were back to the hut.

        "What do we do now Draven and Bea?" Jade said while she sat down trying to rest but the question just floated on their minds not really thinking of an answer that would be worth the while to try and do.

         It was a dark day out there of the caverns and away from the academy. But there was a palace darker and deeper into the forest where evil lurks around, it was said that the palace is where Medusa resides and plots her revenge for the people and creatures who wronged her. The hidden palace is beautiful and big but because of Medusa and her heart it became the darkest part of their kingdom. But now the palace contains more evil aura than it has ever before.

        "Medusa... you must really know about one thing before we get the revenge we've always wanted", a woman with beautiful long and blazing hot red hair said. "And what is that Clarice?", Medusa replied to the woman.
