Manik's pov

The maid placed the breakfast for me accompanied with my regular coffee. Grandma wasn't in the site, she skipped having her food with me since that day when all my secrets were exposed to her. My countless apologies failed to get a single glance of relief from her. She threatened me to stop troubling her by announcing that she would leave for London if I didn't stop nagging behind her taking me by utter surprise. She kept herself in her room till I was in there. It wasn't a surprise for me when I was served the regular lunch since Grandma stopped cooking for me. Her ignorance was hurting me but just her presence around was sufficient for me.

I sipped my coffee and saw the maid approaching me.

"Ma'am has given this for you and have asked you to not trouble her by coming to her room..." her voice lowered when she my gaze at her while she handed me a paper.

"What is this?" I questioned to myself but my confusion was replaced by utter shock as I read the words written on it.
'Ask Harsh and Nandini to come here for dinner along with Adhira!
Do it otherwise you won't see me here by tommorrow.'

My eyes closed as I groaned at my helplessness.

"I need to talk to her," I mumbled.

"Sir, she said that she doesn't want to meet you," the maid said as if anticipating my plan. Her words reflected truth! Grandma would definately wouldn't appreciate my presence in her room at that time.I left the breakfast and whoosed out to get in my car as that was the only thing I could do at that moment.

'Why she wants to meet them? What if she say something unnecessary to them? I don't want Nandini to forbid me from my monthly meetings with Adhira!'  Such thoughts were making it very difficult for me to focus on my work.

Having no order option I typed on my mobile,' Can you please take Adhira and Nandini along with you for dinner? Grandma wants to meet you all! She got to know everything and isn't talking to me. I know Nandini won't agree but if you could try...'

Once I sent the message to Harsh and I hoped that Harsh like always would be able to handle Nandini only if he himself wants to!

Nandini's pov

Harsh locked the main door and opened the car door for us. He was acting weird today. Though he wasn't looking sad but he surely had something going in his mind.

"This is the tenth time I am asking you where are we going?" I asked damn irritated entering the car with Adhira in my lap.

"You will get to know in a while," Harsh quipped starting the car.

He came back home quite early today and told me to get ready since all three of us need to go somewhere. When I asked him more questions, all he gave me was lame replies and innocent smiles asking me to get ready.

Adhira was enjoying the ride staring out of the window while I enjoyed the soft music of the radio. Since he wasn't going to spill out anything hence I too remained silent waiting to reach the mysterious place he wanted to take us to!

"If this is a joke then let me tell you it is not at all funny!" I retorted as Harsh stopped the car at the place that I would have never ever been willingly.

"Please calm down. Manik's Grandma wants to meet you," he said but my anger didn't cool.

"Take me back home,right now! I would prefer dying then entering his home ever again," Adhira stared at my angry face and went silent looking at Harsh.
