Lauren had been alone for as long as she could remember. Being sat at the doorstep was paradise compared to what she had gone through. She had no name, no one knew her age, and saddest of all, she wasn't found by anyone. Raising herself, she only ever knew the ones she met and herself. As she was walking through the streets of Constanta, Romania, she bumped into someone, causing her to drop the notebook and wallet onto the ground.
"Trage, îmi pare atât de rău." (Shoot, Im so sorry) The strange boy mumbled nervously, picking up her wallet.
"Este bine. Care e numele tău? Doar curios." (It's fine. What's your name? Just curious.)
"Sebastian. Si al tau?" (Sebastian. And yours?)
She couldn't think of anything, panicking slightly until she heard a random conversation going on around them. "Lauren."
"Bine atunci, încântat de cunoştinţă Lauren."
"Mele plăcere" She smiled softly and walked around the corner to a small coffee shop where she swept the floors to earn some money. She never thought she'd see Sebastian,they were both only ten years old, and being all alone made Lauren think she'd never see him again. But true miracle meetings last a life time.
