Emma wrapped her arms around her ribs as she descended the stairs, Alvah looking up at her when he heard her entering the throne room. Emma slowly walked over to them and let herself fall down on her knees next to Dracul's side, "We need to take him to the lake." Azazel spoke, him being the only one not kneeled down by Dracul. Shiva and Dante lifted him up from the floor, carrying his drained body outside. The others followed behind and Emma swallowed thickly, trying to hold back her tears. Emma held on to Dracul's shoulders as the others lowered him into the water, Emma not caring about her clothes getting drenched as she made sure to keep him at shoulder depth. "Please don't give up, we need you.." Emma softly whispered as tears fell from her eyes, the other demons looking at them at the waterside. "I-I'm sorry.." Dracul choked out, his hand coming up to grab her arm. She felt his grip loosening before the black hands wrapped around his body, all of them knowing he wouldn't get back up. Emma heard the heavy footfall of Azazel approaching as he walked into the water too, lifting Emma's crying body out of the black water. "Retrieve Jack for me, we should make at least some sort of deal with him" Azazel told Alvah, who nodded in response as he ran back to the castle. The others did the same and Azazel closed his eyes briefly when Emma's arms wrapped around his neck, "Please don't leave me.. ever.. I don't know what I'd do without you, and I love you too Azazel.." She softly whispered in his ear. Azazel's eyes closed again which caused a single tear to roll down his cheek, letting the side of his head rest against her forehead. The replaced guards closed the gates behind him and Emma tapped Azazel's shoulder, causing him to let her down on the floor. Alvah and Jack entered the throne room soon after, this time Alvah just leading Jack by his arm instead of shackles around every place they could get them. Emma bit her lip when she looked at Jack's right eye, the bleeding had stopped so that she could see that a cut went exactly over his pupil. "Let's come to a compromise Jack because this can keep going on forever, I can cut out your other eye, torture you some more and leave you to rot in the dungeons but just feeding you enough to make sure you stay alive. Or you can walk around the castle freely for 4 hours a day, and the rest will be spend with shackles around your ankles and wrists, and we'll attach one of your wrists to the bed to make sure you won't flee" Azazel spoke as he walked over to Jack, only stopping right in front of him. Everyone suddenly turned their heads when a vase fell down on the floor, only to see Raven standing at the spot the sound originated from. "Raven? Oh thank god you're okay" Azazel spoke, walking over to her before pulling his daughter against him. "I was so worried someone might've hurt you" Azazel continued, stroking her hair gently as tears fell from his face. Emma noticed Raven placing her hands on her Azazel's back, making a small smile form on her lips. "Who's that?" Raven asked as her eyes fell on Jack, who opened his mouth to answer but Azazel interrupted. "He's one of the hunters, a human" "I have a name" Jack sighed in response before looking away from them again, his eyes meeting Emma's for a brief moment. "His name is Jack, not as if it's of any importance, and he's our prisoner" "If he's our prisoner why is he here fully bandaged and without any restraints?" Raven asked in disbelieve. "You can blame her for that" Azazel spoke as he threw a glance at Emma, "Where are Dracul and Lexus off to?" "They ah.. they were killed by hunters coming for Jack" Azazel answered. Raven's face filled with shock before her face fell, her eyes moving down to the floor again. "You'd better go to bed to get some rest Darling, you must be very tired." Azazel spoke when he placed his hand on her shoulder, "Y-yeah, yeah I will" Raven answered before disappearing up the staircase. "Here, use this to keep him attached to one of the bed poles" Azazel spoke before handing shackles to one of the guards, another joining him as they each grabbed one of Jack's arms to lead him upstairs. "Let's talk about all of this with a drink" Azazel suggested, making the others nod in agreement.
