Jace grabs my hand and pulls me behind a stall. He covers my mouth as I hear my mom's voice approach the counter. "Uh excuse me do you have any pain killers shaped like dinosaurs?" She asks.
"Uh I think there down isle 20." The girl says. I look up to see the number of my isle. 20.
"Lana stay in there okay. Mom is here we have to get rid of her." I whisper. Lana gasp before clicking. To us that means yes.
Jace drags me down the end of the isle. My mom enters isle 20. Jace grabs my hand and runs down isle 16.
"We need to get rid of her..." I say. He nods.
"Mom.. I wanna go bathrooom!" I hear Noah scream.
"Jaceeeeee." I say. I start bitting my nail. Jace hits my hand before it reaches my mouth again.
"No. We are not nervous okay Leah, we got this." He says.
"Now I am gonna run to the counter and tell the lady that the bathroom is out of order. She should take a sign to the bathroom and then while she distracts your mom and while I go to the counter you have to find those dinosaur pill's okay." He says. I nod and go to bite my nail again.
Jace hits it away. "Good luck Baby Girl." He says winking. He runs off.
I feel my cheeks go red. "Okay Leah. You got this." I say. I grab my hair tie and tie my hair in a messy bun.

I keep my head down as I walk down isle 20. I hear my mom and Noah at the other end. I look down and see a name tag and a blue t-shirt. I place it over my shirt and put the name tag on.
I am a actress. I can play any character and nail it. Words that my mom even said. I breathed in heavily. "Noah it is locked.." My mom says.
I keep my eyes glued on the pills. "NOOO! I NEED TO PEE!" I hear Noah scream.
"Noah it is now out of order I can't do anything." My mom says.
"Sorry some guy went in there and boom." The woman says. I laugh as i trace my hand over the words. Don't snap out of character L.
"Excuse me I still can't find them." My mom says.
"Sorry Mrs we must not have them." The woman says. My eyes laid on the dinosaur pills. I grabbed them and ran around the corner. Here goes nothing. I roll the pills down the isle.
"Mom!" I hear Noah say.
"Oh here they are. Weird." My mom says. I throw my t-shirt and name tag on the floor and run off.
"Wait. Uh well thank you!" I hear my mom yell towards me. It worked. We got rid of them.
"Leah." Jace says pulling me down a isle.
"You did it." He says.
"No we did it.." I say smiling towards him.

I wait outside the bathroom door. Jace squeezed my hand then pulled away. I see the door slowly open. Lana walks out holding the stick. She sniffs.
"It's positive." She says. I cover my mouth. Jace jumps in and hugs her. I smile before joining the group hug.
"Do you know the father?" I ask. She slowly nods her head.
"Don't worry about it tho. He is in San Fran." She says pulling away.
I worried of who it may be. She throws the test and box in the bin before washing her hands. She walks off to the car.
"You would have made a wonderful mom." Jace says. I raise my eyebrow.
"Princess Leah." He winks at me. I feel my face go red so I look down.
I pull my phone to see it was 8:40. I text my mom.
Leah😇👻: Be home in 20 sorry traffic...
Mom💥:Yeah saw there was a crash near Cvs/Pharmacy.
Leah😇👻: Yeah I promise we will be back home soon.

I rolled over and hit my alarm clock. I looked at the clock. 6:00am was in big red lights.
"BREAKFAST KIDS!" I hear my mom yell. I growl as I slowly sit up. Was last night really real? My 13 year old sister is pregnant.
Jace flirted? Or did he. I might be that whole side of me that wishes something happened but he probably didn't call it flirting.
I hear my phone vibrate. Then my computer screen pops up with skype. I wipe my eyes and see Manny calling me. Manny up at 6:00am?
I jump out of bed and fall into my chair. I accept the call. Her face pops up.
"You look like crap Kydd." She says. I roll my eyes as I slowly stand up and walk to my closet.
"Is this why you called me at 6:00am to say I look like crap?" I mumble. I flick through my clothes. I grab my overalls and a baby pink t-shirt. I take my skins and sneakers.
"No. I feel like Ryan is getting bored of me.." She mumbles. I hear her straighteners start up.
"Bored of you? Why is that?" I say getting changed.
"We haven't talked since you left. And there is this new girl at school and he suddenly was all over being friends with her." She says. I sit on the chair and start brushing my thick blonde hair.
"Maybe take him up to the look out? Have a picnic.. he probably misses the cute couple stuff. Just remind him." I suggest. Her eyes widen.
"You always know what to say." She smiles. I laugh and tie my hair in a high ponytail.
"I try my best sweetheart. Gotta go. We are filming today." I say. I go to bit my nail and slowly pull my hand down.
"What was that?" Manny says. She taps her camera twice.
"What?" I ask.
"You aren't biting your nail even though your nervous." She squeals.
"Yeah uh Jace snapped it into me last night I guess." I mumble. I tie my shoe laces.
"Excuse me? Jace? You were with Jace last night? Where? When? Why? And I have tried to stop you from bitting your nail since we were 5 and this dude comes in and does it in a night?" She says.
"Later Manny. I have to go to set." I say smiling at her.
"To see Jaceeee," She says doing kissy faces. I roll my eyes.
"Bye peaches." I say hanging up.
