Hello! Thank you for the question hahahaha. For mobile users, maybe there are some tips I want to tell you:
a. Please explore, make styles when you are free
This is a must. Be creative; make styles when you're bored. Explore something and you will see something. I've seen some mobile graphic editors that have good editing skills because I can see them working hard to achieve that thing. I know it's hard at first, but eventually, you will cope up with it. :)
b. Practice, and be creative
Practice and practice. Learn and master. Be creative. Show your uniqueness, and you will never fail~!
c. Do some simple things, but catchy
Mobile graphic editors just edit simple covers because I know it's hard to manipulate or do heavy graphics especially in a simple editing app. But with your uniqueness and creativity, you can do something! Make styles that are unique, that people don't see anywhere. This catches the attention of those requestors.

Hi there! Best resources can be found on deviant art. Because it is filled with graphic madness! Fonts? You can explore dafont. From page 1 to the end, you can always see some good fonts. For HD pics, if you are a mobile user, I recommend Twitter. Make a twitter account and follow fan bases. They always post HD pictures every day. If you are a desktop editor, or Photoshop user to be exact, you can read my 'questions pt.1' chapter and you can see how I find some HD pictures :)

how to get good filters? and a font favorites
Hello! For good filters, in mobile, you can always download an app for selfies. You can put a filter on your picture before editing it. You can also go to VSCO, Pixlr mobile, Polar or anything! As long as it can put filters on your graphics :)
