Lapis Pov:
"Panting"
Running down the hall, I spotted Pearl, with some other girl I didn't recognize. The girl next to her had light purple hair and was yelling about something I didn't know.
"Pearl can you help me, I need to take Peridot to the nurses office." leaning on the wall.
"Sure follow me..."
Time Skip :3
Why did I feel so empty inside? Why did I leave Peridot behind, I never thought that she was going through this.
I'm such a terrible friend.
Staring at her right now, she looked like a sleeping ghost. I grabbed onto her hand, the tears already falling down.
"Okay she may leave now." Nurse Rose spoke up, looking at me.
"What?" I looked in disbelief.
"Are you her best friend?"
"Yes..." Still holding onto her hands.
"Then she may leave, and do me a favor Lapis." Nurse Rose looked at me with stern eyes.
"Take good care of Peridot... she's been through alot more then you think."
I stared at the blonde, she looked cute even in her sleep.
"I won't let her get hurt." I promised myself and Nurse Rose.
"Thank you..."
Time Skip
This is going to be so awkward when she wakes up, I thought as I layed Peridot down on my own bed.
Yes, I carried Peridot all the way to my house, and on my bike. People kept giving me stares all the way here.
Just as I was about to leave, I heard a yawn. Turning around I was meet with a sleepy looking Peridot, staring at me with wide eyes and blushing. Cute.
"Lapis?"
