They say time and time again they wouldn't leave, but the tears keep flowing and the scars keep forming.

Hello my name is Amber Aishaw, im 19 and I'm in the worst hole I could be in.

I live in London with my friend Natalie, we grew up together and she saved me from slipping down this hole. But this time she couldn't save me,she couldn't take the weight.

We live in a small apartment on the outskirts of London, it was all we could afford but it was home. Me and Natalie are complete opposites, she loves to socialise and party whereas I like to be alone and read a book.

The reason I love books is clear, the story can transport me to a different world. One without heartbreak and suffering. Books are full of imagination and laughter, which was what intrigued me in the first place; they were what I didn't have.

I attend college 3 days a week, where I study photography and English literature. Photography is another one of my passions, it's like a moment captured in time. Then if you look back it can either make you or break you.

My parents died in a car crash when I was little, so I was raised by my grandparents until they passed away last year. I think they were the only things to keep my standing, the only things left to keep me alive. Now they are gone it's like I'm not whole, my world crashed around me.
